Peking House Takeaway in Plymouth

We've been enjoying food from Peking house for 10 years now. Great service and their online ordering platform is quick and easy. Easily ordered over 60 times from here and never been disappointed.

Used pecking house for over a year and found it to be one of the best Chinese takeaways around until now… food was terrible, we ended up throwing 75% away. Messaged pecking house to complain at which point I asked if something had changed such as the ownership which it had. They offered me 10% off then 50% off my next order…there won’t be a next order. Worst £36 I’ve ever spent on a Chinese takeaway.

First time ordering from here and it won’t be the last everything was sooo good and such a fast delivery amazing place!!! Best Chinese we had in ages.

I'm a regular customer here, always orders on the weekend. Loving the food, and the service is friendly, recently had family over and ordered a feast, these guys never let me down, all were pleased!

Good prices with gorgeous food. The flavour and the texture of each dish I have ordered always surpass my expectation. Overall it's an amazing takeaway. Recommend the food and great service.

One the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had. First had it with friends and now we recommend it to everyone. We had it with family recently and they said they will keep going back. Delicious!

Unfortunately I wasn’t aware that they’d changed hands and I tend to only stick to one dish as it’s always been decent but tonight’s wasn’t good at all. For some reason the sauce tasted like orange which, for me, ruined the entire dish. For the price I paid, this wasn’t worth it. Ah well, never again.

I had a chow mein from here recently, and it was delicious and tasted excellent. Good value for money and recommended for anyone who hasn’t been here before. Best chow mein I’ve ever had for a long time.

Have used these for years and years. Always spot on. BUT tonight's dinner was absolutely foul. We have kung po chicken. Egg fried rice. Noodles with bean sprouts and crab and sweetcorn soup. The chicken tasted like it was off. The egg fried rice was soooo dark brown. The soup just tasted of chicken stock and salty salty. Noodles ok. Have to say either new chef or something else and this is not normal for them

I have used this takeaway for years. Last years I had a curry that was undercooked and awful. So I waited a year and tried again. This time the chicken was very dry and overcooked and since. Horrible. Never again sorry.
