Last time me and my partner came in here, it was great, but ordering on Deliveroo definitely wasn't. Honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten, so chewy and like eating cardboard, a cheap frozen pizza would've put it to shame. My partner's pizza was supposed to come with a BBQ base but instead there was no sauce on it at all, no garlic crust on either pizza which was the whole reason we opted for stuffed crust, also some undercooked chips for good measure. For £30 it's just shocking, and to top it all off, it arrived cold. Won't ever be ordering from here again.

My favourite pizza place! Clean and tidy, easy to book online. When busy can be a little slow to greet you but often do acknowledge your entrance. Ordered a takeaway this time. Food was ready quickly with quality checks before handing out.

Visited for lunch on a daddy-daughter day out. Can't beat a buffet and a brew. Was served by Rebecca and she couldn't have been better. Incredibly attentive to my little girl and a lovely host from entrance to exit, I value service above all else and she was spot on so give her some recognition or a raise!

It was an awful, stressful, unsatisfactory visit. The time has come for Pizza Hut to drop the idea that they are a 'restaurant' as they couldn't be furthest from being classed as one. Shame really because the pizzas are ok but the experience is dreadful. Self ordering is a faff from start to finish made more galling when there are staff standing around doing nothing. Going to a restaurant is a treat (especially in today's economic and social climate), a place you can go for a little bit of spoiling. However having to navigate an app to order the food is a bit of an insult if I'm totally honest, next we'll be clearing our own tables and washing up without them lowering the cost of their food. Standing in a queue of coughing, spluttering, pushing people to get a drink where you have to touch the same screen everyone else has without any way of cleaning it first in a Covid world is also very stressful. This isn't a cheap place to eat at yet you get zero service for the money. The 2 stars are purely given to the 'server' who did his best to lighten the sour mood the whole 'experience' was giving us all and the taste of the pizza. Shame because the pizzas are still ok and I long for the Pizza Hut of old. I'll stick to Pizza Express or a sandwich from the supermarket in future.Bring back waited tables, and perhaps clean them too!

This was always my favourite pizza restaurant. We went in today, after quite a long wait to be seated (we were the only ones waiting) and it wasn't very busy, we ordered. Our waitress was lovely. When our food arrived, 3 out of our 4 pizzas were barely cut, (all 3 were thin base) they hadn't cut through to the base, we sent 2 back to be recut, they came back exactly the same. Salad bar ran out of mayonnaise, they said it would be replenished...it wasn't. The pizza's were at best mediocre, they lacked taste, flavour and toppings. Sad to say we won't be going back.

Took my son and 5 of his friends out for his birthday and it was great. Staff were polite and friendly. Nothing was toouch trouble. Pizza was fresh and hot when it arrived and all the kids loved the ice-cream factory and the different flavoured drinks from the machine.

Haven't been to pizza hut for years. I was really impressed with the staff, both the chefs and waitresses. Really friendly and helpful. The food was great. Really good quality and the salads were as lovely as I remembered. The ice cream bar is fun. We're Def coming back.

Firs arrived and was greeted but then the server spent 8 minutes taking a phone order whilst we waited to be seated in a semi empty restaurant.Clearly understaffed, he did apologise.Babby changing station not clean/very dirty. The food was nice but the restaurant needs some attention.

Good and fresh pizzas, they were delicious, salad bar needs updating, there is nothing exciting there. Boring and underseasoned salads, please give your salad bar bit of love, I used to visit Pizza Hut abroad and used to go there mostly for salad bars. Staff was ever so nice and helpful. My only issue was that tips are supposed to be a grattitude for a nice meal and paid after service not before, but new mobile system only allows you to pay it upfront.

Good value for a standard basic meal but the app order to table left me cold. A very nice server was very helpful. Now a cashless business, not sure about that.
