Prime Cafe Bar in Plymouth

Great food and friendly staff. Can get very busy. Had breakfast as they were not serving from the lunch menu on Sunday. Was not disappointed.

food is incredible but service is absolutely disgusting. I've visited here many times and each time I've had to wait 20 minutes minimum before even getting my order taken, on slow days I've ordered toast and it's taken almost an hour - for toast!! I've seen many people arrive after me, be served, eat and leave before I've gotten my food.

Really nice coffee! Enjoyed the indie playlist that was on and all the houseplants. Has a relaxed vibe and is a nice option for escaping the hellish drake circus

I kept getting told about how nice to have breakfast was at this place, I finally got there and had the most splendid smashed avocado on soda bread toast with pine nuts and rocket salad with balsamic dressing. It was better than that place in Australia that I used to get it from, it is literally the best place in the world to get an avocado breakfast.For me in scored 5 out of 51. Great coffee2. Amazing food and coffee just seemed a bit of a let down when it come to customer service. One of the members of staff was very rude and almost annoyed that she was in the job or dealing with customers. The place had a good vibe although it seemed to be based mainly on regulars and going in for the first time things were not explained properly I.e QR code menus etc. This place also books tables and does get busy so it would be best to book.

Such a great wee cafe to sit and read, chat with friends or look out the window. The grilled sourdough sandwich I had was really tasty and filled me up. All the staff were very kind and attentive. My food and drink only came to £7.20

EXPENSIVE, EXPENSIVE, EXPENSIVE!!! X1 Coffe, X1 Juice and a bit of avocado on 2 slices of toast with chorizo came to £13... shocking, appalling, and very disappointing... Especially that we were not in London, remember that!Was the food outstanding? It was alright, nothing special... you can't really get that order wrong, can you?Staff were really nice, polite and patient with us.

Great place, had a mocha and was great. Place has lots of character. Had a pecan cake afterwards which was also delightful. Menu and Food looks great for this kind of place but didn't have time to have any except the cake. Will have to return and update

Loved my visit to this cafe today, a friendly relaxed atmosphere, brilliant prices for breakfast and excellent service from staff. One of the best I’ve visited so far in Plymouth the only downsides are that it doesn’t open earlier than 9am and it was a little chilly inside
