Royal China chinese takeaway in Plymouth

Food is nice ,but this is the 2nd time of me ordering food requesting a delivery slot and it arriving far too early ( my order came half hour early and my partner is'nt home from work ) . Needless to say i'm having to keep his food warm and now wont be that nice . Please sort this out

Had food missing from my order, was told the only resolution was for me to drive down and collect it (whilst I should b eating the food I had!!!) or drive down for a cash refund as they don’t know how to refund via card which is how I paid. They were very rude and unhelpful and were clearly doing their best to benefit from ripping me off.The food I had was pretty poor, the chips where stale, the wings were dry and other food was served with vegetables that look like they had been picked off the floor or drenched in tasteless sauce.Waste of money and will never go back.

Chips dry and stale tasting chicken balls looked inimic. Watery bbq sause. Felt very unwelcome in the takeaway while ordering food woman with short pink hair very rude and made us feel very uneasy didnt enjoy this experience total waste of money.

Me and my partner moved to Plymouth only a few months ago and have been eagerly trying out every Chinese to find our new takeaway. I have to say Royal China is the best we've had by far! The food arrived on time and was hot and incredibly tasty. Whenever we want Chinese this is definitely the place we will go from now on

I only order Chinese food from here. I hate the sticky meats you get elsewhere. The beef is always amazing.Spring rolls are great too

Have ordered from this takeaway before via justeat. Loved it so decided to go direct. Rang to collect, and paid via the text they sent me immediately after ordering by phone. Picked up my delicious food and then was hounded by phone calls to pay again for food I had already paid for. I was even threatened that if I didnt come to pay the next day that there would be trouble. After this threat, I rang my bank to verify whether this was a genuine mistake. It was not. The mere £10.70 had been requested from my account already proving i had paid, but the TWO people that rang me said that they hadn't received it (my bank advised this would be 3 days as it's a payment, not a direct transfer) the takeaway then told me that i had received a fraudulent text, to which I questioned how and why they were sharing my mobile number from a direct call to their landline, and they said they share details with a 3rd party. I was not informed of this during the phone call.The food was good but not worth paying twice, or to be on the end of abuse whilst trying to enjoy the food.The man I eventually spoke to offered free food the next time I ordered, but after the treatment I received I wouldn't like to risk it! If zero was an option, this place would deserve it. A real shame.

Absolutely outrageous, waiting on food for 2 hours, taking into consideration it is Valentine’s Day it may be busy, but to be 2 hours late is outrageous and yet trying every way to get in contact nothing worked. Very disappointed, I do recommend if you like your food very late!

Beyond a joke !! Order placed at 6.30 with an estimated arrival time of 8.30 which i thought fair due to today being valentines day.Time is now 21.55 food has not arrived ! No one is amswering my numerous calls and best of all my just eat app is showing that the food was delivered at 8.25.

This is fantastic taka away always good fresh food took less than 30min to cook and deliver excellent customer service im hooked so must be good and will spice it up extra hot if you wish even better *****lovey thankyou *****
