Subway in Plymouth

Really nice staff and quick

Today's experience was lovely. My Daughter and I had our Subways and a drink. The staff were very polite and quick at what they do. We were served very quickly and enjoyed our food. Shall be eating here again as the place was tidy and kept clean.

Just had a drink.Wish the stores were bit brighter..it's so dark.

Its been so long since I've been subway. But wow. The Meetball sub I ordered was absolutely beautiful and tasted so damn good. Definitely good to smell the subway from a mile away. Well worth it

If you're not a vegetarian or vegan, I whole heartedly recommend the new tiger pig sub. A six inch pig in blanket. Delicious. I asked which sauce would be best and the assistant recommended the southwest sauce. Good recommendation

Really nice quality sandwiches with plenty of options to customize. Little bit pricey, but not extortionate by any means. Good Covid controls without being obstructive.

Nice and spacious.However very dirty preparation area. Overall didn't look very clean at all and we decided to leave without ordering. Subway staff are usually very quick and efficient however staff here were SLOOOOW to serve.

One of the worst Subway franchises I have been in. Staff are more interested in chatting to each other than serving the public, and one Male member of staff tries to push paid extras by telling you they are mandatory with the item you are purchasing. I have been here on 3 separate occasions over the past month and each time for breakfast within an hour of the store opening. Each visit the store has been unclean with mess left on each table and crumbs covering every surface. Understandable if busy but no excuse when as I sit here and am the only person in the store, the staff are just laughing behind the counter. Will not return and would advise to avoid and use another city centre franchise

My daughter's favourite place to eat when we're in town. We both love it here, it's a great place to eat. Love the choice of food, it's even better when you have money off vouchers!

So many staff yet only 1 serving and to then be ignored. Not very helpful. Also I had the sub of the day at £2.49 and got 12 cookies for £3.50 she then told me it was £7.29!? When I asked why she said it's the VAT on top. I got home to then realised I was charged £4.80 for the cookies instead of £3.50. awful service... Won't be going back!
