Taste of Sicily in Plymouth

I came to the market takeaway the larb moo (mince pork toasted rice salad) to have it on the train to London. Beside is it a bit wet salad than what we get in Thailand, flavour is as good as in Thailand. Medium spicy is just fine for my liking.Took a bit long time to prepare. Saw the lady double dipping when tasting from the mixing bowl. Personally that’s what they do in Thailand anyway. Not sure about should do it in England.

Always have to eat here when we come to Plymouth. Amazing food, great service and such good value

Food great as always except for the fishcakes which tasted bland and the texture was like rubber. When brought to the attention of the staff, we were met with derision initially, then completely ignored and finally told "don't care, don't care" and told to go away repeatedly when we protested, complete with hand gestures and flick of the wrist. Absolutely shocking behaviour from the main chef. Will not be returning.

I've been visiting here since they opened several years ago and the quality of food has remained constantly fantastic. Staff are all very happy and friendly and May the owner is lovely.All food cooked fresh to order and to your preference of spice mild/medium/spicy.If you haven't tried it then I highly recommend you give it a go!

My first visit to this noodle bar, the smell from A Taste of Thailand is amazing as you enter the market hall, and the food doesn't disappoint! Generous portions and reasonably priced too, I will definitely be back, just wish I lived closer!

Beautiful curry, £7 a dish that included perfectly cooked rice. Superb service, food arrived quickly, loved the choice of spice. Couldn't recommend enough, excellent value!

Excellent! I've been here 4 times . Everything I've eaten was absolutely delicious, big portions and good prices. Dont miss to taste the pink or the orange cold tea which is amazing ! Great job !

Great selection of curry and noodle dishes. You get to choose the spice level. Each dish can be made with either beef, pork, chicken, prawn or vegetables. £6 for a main course cooked fresh to order. I had vegetarian yellow curry, absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend.Made a second visit had the yellow curry again. This time chose the medium spice. Absolutely delicious 😋
