Absolutely lovely. Great service and food and management by Mel. What a view! David and Liz aka David Can't Swim

We were fortunate enough to get a table at The Terrace yesterday, to celebrate my Father's birthday. The food was delicious (and great to see "OAP" portions, so no food wasted), and worth the wait, as the atmosphere there is friendly and gently bustly. The staff came across as happy and helpful, despite them being very busy. The view reminded me of how lucky we are to live in an area like this. We weren't rushed so was able to soak up the atmosphere. It was just the kind of get together we needed. Thank you.

Lovely spot right next to the water. Cafe has quite a few tables so despite the fact that we came at the busy lunch time, we had no problems finding a table. We had a nice coffee and panini with s side of chips. It was yummy. Friendly staff too :)

I came here with a friend earlier today as we had been here before and enjoyed it. I ordered a moving mountains burger and was given a burger that was meat, the waitress that bought it out kindly took it back and had the another made however this time I was given a bean burger not a moving mountains burger. (I never would have ordered a bean burger as I am not a fan) I was too embarrassed to say that it was still not what I asked for. Having already paid at the start I just ate the chips and left. The staff were polite but don't think I'll be back after such a poor experience with the food, which is a shame as the views are great.

We come here quite often, these photos are from the summer when it's a lovely time to sit here and look out to sea while lounging in the sunshine. But we've also been here at bonfire night when we had some lovely food.Sometimes service can be a little slow but that's when is very busy, so understandable.

Came to The Terrace to have a drink. Went to the till and asked politely if we just find a table. To be told yes as it’s table service. Found a table and waited, there was plenty of tables to chose from as it was very quiet. Others came and got served and we didn’t see anyone. I can’t comment on the service as we never received any. Won’t be recommending to anyone.

Got there about 11am. They only do their breakfast menu up to 12am....fair enough. Swapped avocado and poached eggs on toast for beans. Was nice if a little expensive at ÂŁ6.50. Total bill just over ÂŁ15 for this plus a toasted tea cake and two latte's.

was a very good burger and humble atmosphere, staff very helpful, my sister had a brace and the baguette was abit hard as a rock, stale but they made her a sandwich to take away, hard atm to find food as all outside and normally booking but here not.
