Best Chippy in Plymouth by far.. the chips are just right, the portions are generous and yes you can get a battered mars or snickers bar here. The staff are friendly too. I just had fish (cod) n chips it was just what was needed. Recommend. I forgot to take photos sorry!

If I could give less stars I would. Girlfriend Ordered through UberEats this evening, struggled to find a driver for over 40 minutes.When the food arrived it was soggy and greasy along with a number of other issues!The batter on the fish was flat, soggy and stuck to the wrapper. Stuck between the wrapper and the batter was a LONG HUMAN HAIR.The chips arrived dumped in a bag, they were undercooked, again soggy and just tasteless.They didn't salt and vinegar the order as requested (or provide any) not that it would have mattered as we discarded the lot.Honestly never been so disappointed in a takeaway, can only imagine the good reviews come from people who order at the shop as ours was definitely just sat there in a bag waiting for collection by UberEATS. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourselves.

Lovely crispy batter on a really decent size medium Cod. Large chips are massive, easily filled all three of us. Really tasty! Will be back.

Good quality fish and chips, friendly and polite staff. The batter was crispy, the chips weren't overdone and the Cod had a good taste. My only slight criticism was that the curry sauce was a little bit watery. Very reasonably priced.

I’ve eaten fish and chips from the Shetland to jersey and everywhere in between,this is without doubt the best chippy in the land,well done Codmother👍
