I found the venue overcrowded hot and oppressive. It was Saturday evening so it maybe was expected. I bought one drink and drank outside. The staff, however, were well organised, polite, and efficient. Drinks were well priced.

A Wetherspoon's is a Wetherspoon's wherever we have been and each one offers a reasonable fare of food and drink for a reasonable price. Just occasionally you come across one of their better characteristics of the company. The restoration of many a fine establishment that may have fallen by the wayside for some reason. I'm not sure if this building will comes into that category as this is our first, and only visit, to this establishment. An all round pleasant ambience as we sat and enjoyed our reasonably priced drinks, we didn't sample the food as time was against us. But yet another Wetherspoon's on our travels, and like them all, upto now, a pleasant experience. Toilet facilities were fine, my wife assured me that the ladies was clean and tidy, and we would have liked to stay longer, but we were a long way from home.

Arguably one of the best Spoons I've visited, nice mix of age groups, some well kept cask ales and plenty of seating available. The staff were clueless, as in most Spoons' pub but the atmosphere was good and as you'd expect, the beer was cheap.

My husband had the special mix grill for £4.99 which was a special offer he said hope they do that again was lovely and well worth the money Please Please do it again just to shut him up.

When me and the Mrs visit Plymouth we always go for breakfast there, before taking our daughters to the aquarium. Nice little place, friendly and professional staff.

·

Clean pub, food hot and nice, good portions, drinks fine. Staff helpful, All really good. 5 stars. Tip to manager, if you have no straws or tartare sauce, buy some locally, nearly lost you a point.

Weatherspoons doing what they do best. Great choice of drink that won't break the bank. Very busy but staff were well placed and attentive which ensured you don't wait long for service.

·

Cheap as chips, always busy or at least every time I have been there. It's a spoons so you know what you will get. Cheap drinks compared with other pubs and the food is ok. Chicken wings are great 👌

Had a gorgeous large veggie breakfast and a couple of pints. Spot on. Helpful staff and we'll maintained. I have started to eat the breakfast mind😋😁

Only had breakfast, but fast service and polite about no toast and helped with all our needs. Will go again.
