The Golden China in Plymouth

I don’t know what everyone complaining about restaurant but me and my wife ordered every time from there . Chinese lady which take our order is very kind and hard worker . We want to say thank you for her and amazing delicious food . Mini spring rolls is the best . Restaurant may look bad but food is very delicious

Looks disgusting on the outside and dirty and run down on the inside which is enough to put me off eating food from there in the first place. Need a refurbishment not sure how there still in business a lot of people have left bad feedback.

Worse microwaved, disgusting, waste of money I've ever had. Literally threw the lot in the bin, as it's not even fit not good enough for the dog. Outrageous

Shocking service rang up to ask my order is and greeted with a a very hostile little Chinese man so i tried cancelling my order then just hangs up on me.

Absolutely disgusting place. Food is horrendous and completely inedible. When you try to let them know your greeted with a very very hostile man that does nothing but shout at you and ultimately threatens you! I simply cannot believe this place is even allowed to trade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The most disgusting food ever!! All freezing and bits undercooked ( squid) bits overcooked and burnt to a crisp. The duck and squid meal over 5 pound each yet the squid had 4 lives then filled with veg and sauce the duck had 5 pieces then filler with sauce and lettuce!! Will be reporting to trading standards!! Worst chinese I've ever used in my life. Phoned up to complain the awful woman put me on hold for a few mins then came back and put the phone down!! Will pop down very soon and repay the favour rude cow!!

Been coming here for a few months and the food has been great. Tonight was a different story. My wife asked for a quick meal for one and some chicken balls (these were greasy and tough). When I got home there was no rice in her meal, after ringing up and trying to make the rude man at the end of the phone understand he agreed to replace it, he came out with the replacement but asked for the other in return, he did not say on the phone he wanted the other back, my wife said she had given it to the dog as it had no rice, he said to her give me your dog and you can have your meal and he walked away. We had paid for a meal to be cooked and served correctly. Safe to say my wife is angry now with his attitude and we won't be going here Ever again. I will be telling everyone not to go here.

DEFINATLY would not order from here i ordered nearly £20 worth of food and when it arrived my pineapple fritter sauce had been spilt in the bag with my food and chips in and my chips were covered in syrup. I rang the Chinese resteraunt and the man on the phone was very rude and abrupt. Its the first time ive ordered from here and it will most defiantly be the last what a waste of £20 for my food do not recomend

On entering the premises I was greeted to be fair by a friendly delivery driver. Then as he left I realised the chaos of this place. Dirty, children in the cot near the reception desk which I kind of respect as everyone deserves to make a living but then the food arrived. Beware the King prawns are not cleaned or spined and you may as well eat tampons from the Tamar otherwise a tasty main dish. A prawn fried rice at £4.60 with peas and three tiny prawns is disgusting value on top of a pancake roll that was like a folded nappy with contents. I called politely to air my disappointment only to be confronted by North Korea and it's my western views it was my fault and they wanted delivery fees for a new rice delivery. I'm on a mission to close the this place and save people from dysentery and wasting their money whilst the toilet roll is in the fridge. If I could award no stars I would of. My honest tip............find a submarine and dive dive dive. The worst Chinese in England.

On their website states order now and eat in 30 minutes, 90 minutes later I get through and told around 10-20 minutes. This is an absolute disgrace I must say the least.They messed our order up and to finish with they said they will send out what's missing, it never came.To finish with the food could of been better a lot better.
