Had a lovely relaxing day at Gaia Spa at Boringdon Hall! The spa facilities were top-class, no doubt the best I've been to in the UK, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I would have given five stars if not for the treatment. I booked a Selene Half-Day Pass, which on their website states a 60-minute treatment. When I arrived I was told it would be 45-minute treatment but the reality was probably around half hour: the masseuse arrived late and finished early, plus the preliminaries about types of oil, firmness etc. ended up less than 30-minutes. I would recommend, but ensure you confirm what your packages entails upon arrival.

Came for a four night stay with a small dog on an electric car - loved itThe staff are very friendly and polite, but also very helpful. When we arrived, the car charger did not connect to the car, but the staff were quick to respond, so had no problems thereafter. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean, even though we had a dog friendly one. There were also some welcome dog treats, bed and a bowl together with other dog freebies in the room.We really enjoyed the spa. They have sauna, aroma room, salt room as well as jacuzzi and a swimming pool. These are all kept in very good condition.

I have captured a number of weddings and commercial brand photo snd film shoots at Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa and it is just so stunning. Boringdon Hall is a great backdrop for couples wanted to get married somewhere special, and the grounds are also stunning for photos. It just has so much character inside the venue and outside! We love it! We have also visited the spar a few times and it is fabulous! We highly recommend it and cannot wait to be back! Here are some photos from a recent commercial photo shoot with Margot Camper Van

If you want to have a very relaxing time and a fantastic day/night. Staff are absolutely brilliant, couldn't find a single thing wrong 5 plus stars. Reception staff amazing, spar staff fantastic. Operation manager Dan runs an absolute fantastic place and runs it very well. An excellent place to be and really was welcomed like I belonged there. Went away absolutely relaxed and ready for the world. Go see for yourself

Had a lovely cream tea here. No issues. Staff were polite, helpful. Food was lovely. Lovely location too. My only issue is the service charge. I should choose if I wish to pay this based on experience not to just have it added on to my bill. Its not right if I feel service is good I will add myself. Its not for a place to decide that I must pay this. Lost a star due to this.

A mixed experience. Stunning building, very impressive. We visited for an afternoon tea. Firstly the food was very tasty, lots of variety, the size of each item was just right and it was all cooked and prepared perfectly. The coffee was very nice, amongst the best cafeteria coffee I've had.But the experience let things down, we had to sit on a sofa which was uncomfortable to eat such a meal, with 6 of us around a small coffee table it was very cramped. There was no vegetarian menu, yes there was a vegetarian option, but we were told it's a mixture of the vegan and traditional menus, very confusing. It would of been nice to pick and choose items, but there was a slight language barrier with the staff, so just easier to go with the set menu. The staff were professional and nice enough, but the ~10% service charge was excessive, I didn't feel they went out of their way to attend our needs and make us feel special. There is only one chip and pin machine, so we had to wait an overly long time to be able to pay, the amount it cost, I'm sure an extra payment machine could be bought.

Beautiful environment with lovely features. The Spa services, experienced a few times now, have been to the highest standard. Completely relaxed in a new complex with all the services you require. This time I'm following with a lunch but previously have enjoyed the day, dinner and overnight stay. Maybe next time for that one. Staff are lovely, knowledgeable and certainly understand customer service which is of the highest standards. The chef is a genius and I'm talking myself into staying for dinner again. Looking forward to my next visit, this week. Will certainly update this post should anything change.

We would have given this stay a wholehearted and well deserved 5* there isn’t a negative comment to make. Other than for the fact that sadly the heating didn’t work!We were supplied with multiple electric substitutes after an hour or so and so were toasty warm eventually. Our initial welcome to the room however was decidedly cold which did the stunning suite no favours. We stayed in the royal suite with hot tub at the top of the hotel. It was during a huge storm so being at the top of the hill, drinking champagne was magical. The staff, spa and restaurants were simply amazing. The heating issue aside. Do book if you are wavering. This was one of the best spa weekend breaks I’ve ever had (better than Chewton Glen in my opinion)
