The Simla in Plymouth

Had delivery by Just Eat and food arrived cold, sauces leaked, chicken tough and unable to chew, poppadoms broken and from order to delivery took over 2 hours. Sorry but won't be using again

Tried a selection from the chef reccomended and signiture dishes, all delicious. Being Northern it's nice to find a proper curry house down SW way!

Our first time at this takeaway and we were pleasantly surprised the food was brilliant very good service and our meals were delivered on time, overall our experience was fantastic, well worth a visit to this takeaway restaurant we shall certainly be using this place again

Having eaten here many times, this place is incredible, fresh, hot, and tasty. It’s also good value, the portions are substantial. The customer service is always second to none, I generally have dealt with Syed who is so accommodating.

Just had this Indian worst ever. Ordered Kung prawn dish to get shrimps in tinned tomatoes no flavour or spice. Won’t go back.

Takeaway this evening arrived hot and the onion bhaji's were the best I had tasted in a long time

We tried here because of a recommendation and were extremely impressed! will definitely be using them again. Very friendly and beautiful flavours, couldn't fault any dishes. Tried a few in Plymouth over the last 20 odd years and haven't had a delivery this good in a long time.👍

Love the food here. Best Indian in Plymouth by far. The set meal for two is great value, you get lots of bits on the side as well as two curries and if you don't fancy whats curries are included, they let you swap.. I have to say, the saag aloo is the best I've tasted. Always a great meal. Thanks

Particularly good from the always excellent Shimla this evening, everything piping hot and deliciously flavoured, and everything that was supposed to be crispy was very much so. If you live in the Plymouth Eggbuckland area and this isn't your go to Indian takeaway you're missing out

Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed. I had heard great things so my partner and I decided to give it ago and now wish we hadn't bothered. Both our separate meals were swimming in water and completely tasteless. Couldn't actually finish it so have had to throw away and re order with our usual in crownhill. I'm very sorry but will not be recommending to anyone.
