The Unicorn Harvester in Plymouth

The take away was really busy, so our food took a little longer than usual. Unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and dry. We come here regularly and the good is normally spot on. The restaurant itself was quite quiet and the service was great as always.

Had a brilliant meal at The Unicorn! Self service drinks were great, food was timely, fresh, and hot: and really welled priced. Booths looked good and chairs were comfortable. Sammie, our server, made sure we had a great time. We will definitely return soon, for Easter. Good for bigger parties as well.

Actually one of the best mixed grills I've had in a long time. It wasn't cheap but the amount of food provided was good, it was well cooked, and tasty.

Enjoyed coming here for a family meal. Most of us really enjoyed our meals however my mother had ordered a steak that didn't arrive cooked as requested, then once it came back after redoing it the whole meal was cold and the steak had only be seared on the outside rather than cooked for longer so the inside was still fair too rare for her. If it had come back better then I would have given a higher rating.

We visit fairly frequently. Always friendly and polite there. Love how the salad bar is, and our server Stacy was absolutely brilliant, despite being really busy.Food was, as always well prepared. Tried the chicken skewers this time and will definitely have them again!

Plenty of well presented and well cooked food. Reasonable prices and free salad bowl. Service is fast and friendly. Our waitress, Michelle, was efficient and very hard working. Good experience all round.

Fantastic staff. Very attentive. Food was excellent. We were a party of 14 & everyone was served together & were all very happy with the food

Location is clean and tidy and service was friendly. Good range of vegan options, even for the kids which was a big bonus.Felt like there were not quite enough staff on but the server we had made up for this in speed and efficiency. The salad bar is next to pointless now that you cannot help yourself nor see what your being served.

Mum had a burger and thought it was lovely, but a bit expensive. I had the dirty fries, my chips weren't cooked properly so that made the visit not great. I think some of the prices are really too high and what is with mostly just giving us veggies Halloumi cheese for nearly every option.

The breakfast is disgusting, the sausages were black burnt, the bacon was burnt to a crisp, the hash browns were so solid it chipped my tooth. The only think had was nice was the orange juice that came with the meal. Extremely disappointed, for the amount you have to pay and then have to leave half of it is not acceptable!
