We went to Turtle Bay for a boozy work do 23 of us. Our server Hayley was fabulous - bright and cheerful throughout and the food and drinks just kept flowing! Excellent service from all of the friendly team, food delicious and cocktails amazing. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is incredible the decorations and lights are amazing. We went in Friday evening so it was abit busy but it was lovely to see people. The food was nice and the potions were reasonable for the price. The staff were very professional and helpful great service

- Chilly cheese roti was beyond our expectations. 👍🏽😋- Sweet potato fries were extraordinary. ⭐️- The Kingston fried chicken was ok. Fries were good tho.- The salad didn’t worth the price but just wanted some veggies to balance.

I had a wonderful meal here with my girlfriend - it’s easy to be starved with options on Easter Sunday, but Turtle Bay filled our stomachs right up. The food was stunning, delivered quickly and packed with flavour. Most of note was our server, Kiki, who was incredibly professional and personable, and made the whole experience several times more enjoyable. Whenever I’m next in Plymouth, I’ll be sure to come back.

Amazing service from our server Emily and ALL of the staff we came across. The service was very attentive without being in your face, better than some of the top restaurants that we have dined in.The food was very filling and good value for money! The kick on the Garlic Pit Prawns was just right, with the roti to mop up the sauce. The Ribs were so filling I had to take half of them home!2-4-1 cocktails and Red Strip on tap, what's not to love!

Went in for a bottomless brunch yesterday morning. After being regular customers and on our fifth or six bottomless brunch, we were looking forward to the lovely regular staff, some excellent cocktails, and good food. We didn't even get to drinks. After waiting until 20 minutes past our reservation time to be asked for our orders (the limit for the brunch booking is 2hrs), we were told for the first time ever that we are only allowed to order one cocktail at a time. I guess if that's policy then that is policy, except we have never heard of it after over a year of frequenting the place and being served by many members of staff. One drink at a time we could live with, except the server who told us was so rude about it I began having symptoms of anxiety and wanted to leave. As someone who works in customer service I know there are many things that could be done (an offer to take drink orders as drinks are being delivered is one), but it was clear the server just didn't care, and seemed resentful when we asked about it and when the policy had changed. In the end it wasn't worth staying for the stress and we ended up in Blues Bar where we had some fantastic burgers. Really sad to have had this experience in Turtle Bay as it's normally a spot on venue to the point where we have both left 5 star reviews for staff and their normally excellent service. When I go out I want to relax, not have my fight or flight response set off by the staff at the venue.

Had the bottomless brunch, our server Tim was very enthusiastic and helpful. Very nice cocktails and food. Was ideal for us as we went at a quiet time so managed to get a few cocktails in during our time. Would definitely go back for another one of these

Restaurant - Very quiet, not many people at our time at 8.30Food - 3 items we tried to order were out of stock - we were recommended different dishes and they were not very nice. The food I did order was rather dry and very little of it, rice was hardened and sauce was bland. Dining partner was recommended the goat and he disliked it so this rather ruined the meal in generalOverall the experience was very bland, no atmosphere, staff were nice enough.I also had a pair of rather nice trousers ruined for the evening as we were given napkins that were fluffy - this isnt good when you're wearing dark coloured clothing and get bits of 'lint' everywhere

The staff were very nice and hard working, offers on drinks are brilliant for people on a budget and for students (however make sure you go during the happy hour times). Wasn't a fan of having a service charge added to the bill but we kindly asked the server to remove it and she did which was great.

This place is amazing...happy hour for '241' cocktails all day on Friday 10-7pm. Not sure of other days.Great setting all lit up and colourful décor. The music is fabulous and reflected on the theme. The ambiance is 'feel good'.As we were having cocktails we didn't want a big meal so opted for a selection of light bites and sides...perfect!Fabulous menu and full of choice. That's for food and drinks. The staff were really friendly, warm and welcoming. Very accommodating to our needs and queries. They would recommend items and drinks upon request which is fantastic.High recommend!!!Sorry the pic was a half eaten one bit looked so delicious we tucked in haha.
