Veggie Perrin's in Plymouth

My favourite restaurant in Plymouth. The food is always freshly cooked and delicious. Service is just lovely. Its a family run business and it feels like you have popped in and joined the family for dinner!

Food is excellent, authentic and, making my life easier, everything is fully vegetarian! No professional chefs in sight, just three incredibly skilled aunties making what's probably the best Gujarati food in Plymouth.

Who would have thought that Plymouth of all places, harbours one of the most authentic and delectable Indian & Bengali restaurants I have ever been to.Order:1 x Sweetcorn curry1 x Kerela vegetables1 x Smoked aubergine2 x Puri1 x Pratta1 x Garlic riceI really coudln’t fault this meal, everything was so tasty and felt like pure home cooking. There’s a difference between most indian restaurants and this, in the sense that a lot of indian resuturants overload on the oil to flavour the masasla, however the curries here were light, moreish and well balanced. The Kerela vegetables in particular was my favourite, while my girlfriend enjoyed the depth of flavours to the aubgergine dish.The puri and garlic rice were very good too and the staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming.Atmosphere wise, its cosy and quiet with a subtle smell of incense floating through the tables.As a South Asian person myself, I cannot reccomend this place anymore and believe that this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in the UK. The food will warm your heart and you won’t leave feeling like you need to walk about 3 miles to cure your brimming belly.Thanks guys!

On a visit to Plymouth we enjoyed a lovely 'sit-down' meal here, we are both vegetarian and I am CoeliacThe menu was clearly coded as to any possible 'hazards' and the staff were friendly and more than helpful with advice and suggestions.Our food was delicious, to be able to relax and enjoy a meal with complete confidence was a real treat.A takeaway service is available but, sadly, they don't deliver to Wales!Highly recommended.

Yumm.. delicious food authentic taste .. curries were Gujarati taste based so really amazing experience than any other Indian restaurant.. As being pure veg I was amazed to see veggie Perrins which is pure veg in Plymouth 😍

Award winning authentic Hindu food, run by a lovely family. Vegetarian food and unbeatable for great flavours, - seriously and simply great food.

Loved the samosa which I had got today. The filling was a complete riot of flavours. And the red chutney which I suppose was made of chillies. It was way too delicious. Can't wait to go back and order again!

We had a glorious Indian meal tonight. We ordered 4 curries all very different and delicious, with chapattis and tasty rice. Thank you for a lovely meal out in Plymouth.

Amazing authentic vegetarian Indian food! By far the best Indian meal I've ever had!! The staff are so friendly and create a lovely atmosphere. I've just got home and I'm already thinking about when I can eat here again.

Always the best curry in town. I am not a vegetarian but every dishes are always deep in flavour, rich and filling. I keep coming back to eat here as everything is unbelievably reasonably priced. Lovely family business with very authentic taste which is so diffierent from the usual indian takeaways/restaurants in city.
