Woolwell Fishbar in Plymouth

Lots of black eyes/bad bits on the chips. Chips not great. Fish was very good and batter lovely. Fish cooked to order and the wait was worthwhile.

The food is lovely and great quality however, some of our order was missing, the curry sauce wasn’t fresh and the people at front were messing around and calling each other names

The best fish and chips I have had in the whole of Plymouth. Absolutely the best.

Usually have woolwell deliver, but for some reason it only said pick up tonight as I pre booked at 3ish. So ended up ordering through just eat, yes they came on time but the chips n middle of fish were cold. Very disappointed customer

Curry sauce £1.40 x2 and water is thicker! Same as before but left it about 6 months and forgot that was why we stopped going there.

Unfortunately by the time our fish and chips arrived. It was luke warm and full of grease pealed off the batter tried to eat the fish but was just to greasy, disappointed as they used to be lovely

Food is so good! Prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly and the place is clean...can't ask for anything more 🙂👍

Best fish and chips we have had in ages. Cod was a good size along with the portion of chips.Will now be our regular place to go. Excellent.

waited 30 minutes for the order, collected from the shop who gave my the wrong order(there were only 2 people whose orders they were dealing with in the shop at the time, hardly rocket science!), didn’t realise this until I got home as it came in same number of boxes expected. Called straightaway to tell them, asked for a partial refund, they refused, blamed it on me for collecting the wrong order! We ate what we had which was cold, disgusting and greasy. Wouldn’t bother again sorry

Waited 30 minutes for 4 bags of chips. Absolute joke. Watched as the bloke left the chips sat on top of the fryer going cold whilst he ran around like a headless chicken.Don’t waste your time and money
