Brilliant service, excellent, friendly manager and lovely food! Not local at-all but would come back for the food alone. Service was very quick in comparison to other Yo Sushi’s and portions were perfect, overall lovely experience would recommend to anyone.

Customer service was generally polite but they weren't available as with most yo sushi and when I was given the wrong drink it took way too long to get a replacement but what made me give this place a 2 star is just how bland and boring the food is now. They truly have stripped anything interesting out of all the dishes and managed to charge silly prices food sushi lower quality than your local supermarket.

Ordered online at 3.30pm for pick-up at 5.30pm when online states the restaurant is open until 6pm. Drove for 1 hour to pick up our sushi and received an e-mail at 5.25pm to say order was refunded with no explanation. On visiting the restaurant a member of staff stated that their kitchen closes at 5pm and offered no apology or reason why the order hadn't been cancelled earlier.

Unfortunately our favourite fries were only warm but the salt & pepper squid was massively over cooked with the squid brown! Not to the usual standard and they were not busy as an excuse 😢

Having been here before I had always enjoyed Yo, but this recent experience was very disappointing. The new experience of ordering on your phones isn’t ideal. Our food came 20 minutes apart, meaning we had to eat separately. When I asked the waiter about my food ( who was hard to find) we were told had ran out and had to get more. If we were told this we would’ve waited together for our food. The food itself was disappointing, soggy chicken (described as a chopped up chicken burger) and bland sauce, the food and service has dropped massively. The only thing that’s gone up is the price.

As always, the food itself was good. However....portions are definitely much smaller than on previous visits, and the service...oh dear! We had booked a table for 5.45, but received a phone call at 4.30 asking us to come in at 5.15, as the table was going to close at 5.30. It was apparent when we arrived that the reality of the situation was that they wanted to go home, as noone else was in the restaurant. However, the kitchen was still open! Anyway....we then had to order via QR, which is a bug bear of mine anyway, and it was not a user friendly experience. A large majority of the usual menu was missing, and the site is not easy to navigate. We were interrupted during the meal so the waiting staff could refill the soy sauce bottle "ready for tomorrow", lights and heating were switched off while we were still eating, and no wasabi and ginger is any longer available as a complimentary condiment. All in all, poor service, but good, albeit very stingy food. Will not return in a hurry.

Missing the old system with the conveyor and coloured plates, it doesn't feel the same anymore, not as quirky. Seems to be under new staff, and none of them seemed happy. Food was lovely regardless, however chips have changed since i last went. Also, was constant abba the whole time was there... It was too much!!

The portions are very small, smaller than was indicated on the website. I paid £4.95 for the pictured katsu pieces, it's 60 grams. I'll include the prices and a picture of what we received. some of the items looked as tho they were of a petrol station shelf and had no seasoning/soy sauce. Also we had tofu substituted for chillis and missing items for unknown reasons tho we were charged. Would NOT reccomend!

Very easy to book and order food using the online system.Took my 7 year old and 17 year old and they loved the whole experience.Food was delicious and lots of variety. Loved the conveyor belt traffic light system, the 7 year old loved this! Will definitely be going again.

Friendly and helpful service. The yo! fries seemed a strange concept but tasted great. Creamy with a small kick, would recommend.
