Very good for consistency on time and with the quality of the food. The chips and the curries are very good, although could do with being a bit hotter spice wise for me personally, but I'm sure if asked they can adjust the heat. The missing star is only because some of the more obscure dishes that tend to be ordered less, are not as good as I'd hope. A good all rounder.

I am so disappointed, we have had food here every two weeks for almost three years, and 50 percent of the time it’s wrong, we’ve only reported this once until tonight. We ordered and my husband is a pescatarian so we ordered for him. We then checked his was prawns when ordering and explained we have had occasions where his order has been wrong. It arrived and When he bit in to it it was chicken. So we complained and asked for his meal to be resent as one bit would be cold whilst he waited for the correction. We gave back the chicken (as requested) and tried to get our night back on track. Then I get a call from them saying we are bad customers because we only gave one dish back so we had an extra dish. I tried to explain that in theory we should have sent the whole meal back so we could all eat together and have hot food together but we were being reasonable. The attitude was a disgrace and to have the cheek to call to say we were bad customers when it was there mistake is unbelievable:-(

All you gluten free people its a must! Gluten free Singapore rice noodles is amazing. Other choices available, always very helpful and not a problem with gluten free. Have missed chinese takeaway so much!

gave me food poisoning after ordering egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken hong kong style and was not eligible for a refund even after being ill for 2 days. disappointed.

Usually love food from here been using them for yrs ..but just had home delivery n sat eating crispy chilli beef omg it was so hot burnt my mouth wiv chilli n so hard worse chilli beef iv ever had so disappointed as its usually amazing wot has happened tonight

Weve ordered from here before and always been lovely, however today it arrived cold the sweet and sour chicken was so hard was almost inedible and the noodles seemed like they had been sat on the side all day, they were dry and crispy in places and cold. So disappointed complete waste of money.
