Best Chipshop there is!! Staff are so friendly and the shop is always so clean, which to me is always important when I’m having a takeaway! It’s well worth the travel to get good quality food and service and I would 100% recommend Thank you!

Lovely service and shop but the portions are too expensive. I had the seafood medley for around £6 and it was such a small portion, delicious but didn't touch the sides. My son and I were left hungry after savloy, chips(I want offered a different size so I'm not sure) and fish medley. Disappointing TBH as I heard everyone rave about this place and the walls were covered with cool boasting pictures. Maybe they've become complacent or a bit greedy but I think it's only fair for a place like this to give quantity and quality. I will go again to check but if the portions are the same,it's be no more Frydays for us. I do not recommend the fish medley.

Well I agree it is good quality there but I felt I have been had too. I was just visiting the area and I asked them for explanation on what I could get for the £2.50 deal several options were offered and I agreed on a small portion of fish. The price was not confirmed to me and when I offered to pay straight away they refused and said to paid after.....only once my food ready, it was not £2.50 but £4.95.....the portion was small but yes it was good quality I just wish for non familiar customer they would confirm the price to pay when you order to avoid the same experience being repeated. Thank you

Superb chippy, ordered for eight people and everything beautifully cooked. I loved the battered haggis fritter and battered black pudding. Great place you can't go wrong !

Absolutely delicious! Chips are fresh made from proper potato not just frozen chips and fish is beautiful and meaty! Will definitely be back!
