I'm afraid charlies has gone downhill since moving from the Ashley Road - received wrong order and was given no customer service and young girl just argued with me - not even a hint of help or apology - 'Go back to Uber its their fault ' - Indeed it may of been but some humility would have been nice - Not the first time I have had this from the same staff member - They need to do some training on how to speak to customers .The owner lady who used to run the Ashley Road set up is sorely missed . Shame as I have ordered nearly ever week for years - not any more

Delivery was chaotic. Delivery driver couldnt find us so we ended up having to walk down the road to find him. Naga wrap was nice, but not as good as it was the last time we ordered. The chips were stale. Dissapointed. Probably wont use again which is a shame.

We ordered from the Parkstone branch as the Broadstone branch has closed. Unfortunately, there were two curly black hairs in our food, one was in the chips and the another within the beef wrap. Will not be ordering a charlies chicken again, feeling queasy is an understatement. Girl on the phone was very apologetic when I called and offered to replace, but we declined.

Charlie's Chicken is different from other takeaways because they offer a wide variety of chicken with many marinades that are healthier. It is also worth mentioning that their chips are the tastiest of their kind. Overall, the service is good, the delivery is prompt, the grub is fresh and tasty and goes down a treat!

Have been a very happy customer of Charlie's Chicken for many years now. Having watched the success of the company and other shops open, it truly makes me happy that more people are able to enjoy their amazing food. I would definitely say that the Parkstone branch is the superior shop maybe because Charlie is based there. I highly recommend the "Naga-Chicken Wrap" with halloumi and avocado. Even to this day, I have not found anything that can compete with this perfection of a meal. You will find all the food to be fresh and is definitely one of the healthiest options in the area. Nando's is an abomination in comparison to Charlie's Chicken and seems to be even more expensive somehow. Even the garlic bread in Charlie's Chicken is to die for. You can tell they have put real thought and effort in the development of their simple yet scrumptious menu. I am constantly recommending Charlie's Chicken to friends and will continue to do so! All the chicken is Halal as well so it really is for everyone!

Recently opened down the road from me. Great food!Positives:+ Consistent, good food.+ good organisation (no mistakes in orders, friendly & efficient phone staff).+ extra caution during pandemic, clean etc.Negatives:- Delivery times can take a while if you try at peak times (+ but just shows they are popular and rightly so!).- a bit stingy on the halloumi portions.- slightly more expensive than your average, (+ but you get what you pay for!)Summary:Love this place. My ‘go-to’ as it’s so local to me. Willing to spend an extra few quid to get a decent chicken wrap 👍

I placed an order from your BH14 charlies chicken through just eat. There was some confusion with the chicken satay skewers. My boyfriend didnt realise they were covered in peanut. He is severely allergic so we rang to ask for a refund of the skewers and for the order to come without them as they cannot come in to our home. My boyfriend tried to explain to the girl on reception who was just rude and said ‘why would you order something you are allergic to’. We thought the peanut came seperate. She then was rude and hung up on him. With this i called her back saying to not hang up on a customer and that she was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed at me and said there were none in today. Im not sure she should be working in a place that sells food if she doesnt realise how serious a food allergy is. I will not accept this. She wouldnt refund me even though i asked for the order to not come. I have worked in customer service for 12 years and would be embarrassed to have such a vile person to work for my business. She will loose you business as i wont be using your shop again which is a shame as i have been a customer for a long time and your food is amazing! If she has been rude to us like this i imagine we arent the only customers she will be talking to in this manor. We have sent the skewers back to the shop from the delivery driver. He was ment to come back but there was some sort of mix up. I think he must have knocked on the house next door which no one lives in. The driver was polite but we could hear the rude girl in the back ground again. I will be asking for a full refund from just eat as your shop wont give me one. If they cannot sort this i expect one from you for this appalling service! I will also be taking this further by you trying to send peanut butter to someone who is allergic when we specifically called when it was on its way to say not to.

Chicken in one of the wraps undercooked, almost pink in the middle. Onions missing from other wrap too. Driver from restaurant drove down with replacements and was very passive-agressive to me when I returned the wrap. Food otherwise was middle of the road at best, chips soggy, decent wings. Go to Roosters Piri Piri in Parkstone, 10x better service and food. Girl over the phone when sorting out replacement was lovely though for what that's worth.

Hi i used to be regular customer of charlie chicken Ashley road since couple of years , i used to love the taste and the way preparation done but i am quite dismayed with food delivery done for 3 chicken pitta today . I had never tasted that sort of quality before , Lettuce supplied were not fresh at all ( having black marks too) and chicken meats also tasted dried differently not fresh also. I called them to give them a feedback about it but they are reluctant to accept it . The attitude of staffs need to be improved overall but most of staffs used to be quite good earlier but not sure if they got it changed however on another note One of staffs has also always behaved rudely and pretty different from beginning( this can be ignored) if they don't work upon improving such things the quality of foods & service will suffer off course. One thing to mention on positive note : their sauces are really good.
