Chicken & Blues in Poole

Just picked up a take out from here. Food ready in no time, really fresh and tasty! Also, excellent plant based choices. Greeted with smiles on collection too. Will definitely be back.

Definitely won't be going back! The chicken was over cooked and very dry! Avoid at all costs if you like your chicken to be succulent and juicy!

We went last Sunday. I had the cauliflower wings which were lovely. The food was great as we're the staff. Smiley, friendly and a breath of fresh air.

Food was delish and came out quickly. The menu has lots of choice and is priced really fairly. The service was amazing, our waiter was lovely. Really recommend!

Yeah I love it the chicken was beautiful and I had Budweiser the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they charged me for a little pot of mayonnaise which I think is a bit of a cheek

Food & service brilliant, but what we didn't like was, you couldn't buy any wine by the bottle.... only in a can 🙄... but we're told they are looking into doing wine by the bottle in the future... can't wait 😋

The first and last time ordering from Chicken and Blues. Ordered from Deliveroo yesterday and the chicken was tasteless, the gravy was just pure salt, the only half decent thing was the mash! Will stick to Nandos next time

It’s my favourite chicken place , tasty food and friendly staff .But why do you charge for a tiny pot of sauce for collection ? Do I need to eat in to get free sauces ?? A bit weird !!The side is 3,75 it should come with a free sauce like the other takeaways, and you already offering it for free when we eat inHopefully you won’t charge for salt and peppers in future :)Other than that this place is one my favourite takeaway 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve ordered this on Deliveroo twice now and have loved it each time. We always get the Mama Feast - it’s delicious but probably not enough for 4 adults as they say (only a quarter chicken each). Chicken is super tender and tasty

I've enjoyed the occasional C&B for a couple of years and have always raved about it. My recent experience was a disappointment. We walked in for a take away, was quoted a 20 minute wait which was fine but ended up waiting 40 minutes for cold food. We had to ask for updates rather than being proactively told. Hopefully it was a one off and the next visit will be ok but there were other complaints about wait times for table service.
