Crown Hotel in Poole

Would leave a zero. Walked in got offered a table. All good..Then from the kitchen heard f.....g and s....t its not on the f......g menus...... etc etc.Had my wife and 2 children with me... walked out.Have eaten there before was very nice. But so unprofessional.Absolutely disgusted...Went to weatherspoons instead.

Top marks, as per. Beautiful crab salads, chocolate brownies/sauces and ice cream.Yorkshire Pudding twist, strawberry 🍓, chocolate and raspberries with cream.

Nice clean pub, no draught Guinness!!!Friendly staff and customers, haven't tried the pub in the evening but very quiet in the afternoon.... closed Monday..?

Outstanding roast on Easter Sunday with a short notice booking after the Crown had a very busy day with a team member down. To deliver such good food like that is testimony to the chef.The chef always accommodates my wife's dairy free diet too which is appreciated.Thank you to Denise and the team, first class.

We had lunch there today as a special occasion for four . The food was very poor . I ordered scampi and chips It was not chips! , but warmed up potato wedges . My friends fish and chips was the same . Poor quality food . Felt for the waiting on staff as they were lovely , but quality poor !

Went there last week and the food was brilliant. Huge fresh Poole muscles and homemade pies filled to the top.

Brilliant afternoon with some close friends, the Sunday roast was lovely, service was great and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Recommend a visit

Very good service with friendly staff and good quality food. I'm not a fan of dogs in pubs which is why it's a 4 star review.

Used to eat here regularly before it changed ownership. Now it is neither a pub nor a restaurant but an odd hybrid with a bar surrounded by tables for eating. Not much atmosphere on a Saturday night. Staff started setting tables for Sunday at 850pm while we were still dining. My vegie burger was mostly Mash potato - they only had 4 oysters left at 730 on a Saturday!

I’m new to Poole and read a lot of good reviews about this place. This was my first visit, I’ll never go back. The staff were not wearing masks as they should have been. I ordered the lamb pie with triple cooked chips and vegetables. The vegetables were soggy and overcooked, the pie crust was hard and dry, the triple cooked chips were disgusting and lastly there was far too much salt in the food. Hugely disappointed and won’t bother to return. 😫🤮😢
