The highchairs once again are not clean and when I cleaned it myself see image all the green paint came of which made me very concerned for my child's clothing, this is a serious issue that needs addressing.Food was okay order on the app as this is the quickest way to order here and was able to customise my order using the notes section which is always good.

Really like LOUNGERS bars/restaurants.Very generous of the manager to let me try before I buy.Enjoyed a small Brewdog Planet Pale: half pint.As p we usual nice decor and music

This is my favourite stop when I'm in Poole. Seriously recommended the bacon cheeseburgers. Service is efficient and polite. Restaurant was fairly full for a Monday but service was on track. Interesting decor, makes one keep looking around as it's quite quirky.

What a wonderful place to have breakfast and to be able to take our dog inside with us. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Lots of interesting things to look at around the premises whilst waiting for our food.Already looking forward to dining here again. Thank you to the staff who looked after our visit.

Was quite busy on a Saturday late morning, but really amazing! The food was great and they're also having a glutenfree menu, so for me as Coeliac it was even better!Food is delicious, can recommend!

Good place to have vegan 🌱 meal. They have separate vegan and also gluten free menus, nice set up and also option to order over the QR code of you don’t likeMuch attention at the table and because it’s paid via that too, you don’t have to wait for the bill if need to leave. We didn’t like the location much but that everyone’s preference. Car parks are little not too nice, let us park only on the top of the roof even though the rest of them were empty they were shut and lift didn’t work. For is it wasn’t a problem but for disabled person it would be tricky.

A place I enjoy considerably. The food is always delicious and staff are pleasant. I would recommend ordering something different from here as I used always order the same few items, but was delighted by the salmon and hollandaise muffin when I ordered that. The reason I'm not rating 5 star is because the Defino Lounge frequently have certain key items (oat milk, burgers, sauce) not available and substitute without asking. I've also noted that the waiting times for food are creeping up.

Great atmosphere and great food. Gluten free menu has plenty of options including 4 different kinds of cake. Any gluten free food is marked as such. Only slight issue is that as a wheelchair user, the style of tables inside mean that I have to sit side on to the table as I can't get my legs under the table as the leg space under the table isn't high enough. Easy access from the street and plenty of room between the tables
