Delicious Pizza in Poole

Nice pizza guys see you tomorrow buy one get one free pizza why not Sunday

We have been using delicious for years and even travelled from Bere Regis to get their pizzas after moving from Poole 4 years ago. Our opinion has dropped hugely due to our order tonight. A few times they have got our orders wrong and messed up but tonight was the final time to let it go as we have about 5 times. We ordered 2 delicious day pizzas with extra mushrooms and onions but when we had travelled 12 miles home and started to eat the only thing on the pizza was mushroom and onions. None of the delicious day toppings were on it. That is the last time I will give them the benefit of the doubt

Delivery time was supposed to be 60 mins (15mins away) but it took 75 mins. The app wasnt updated tocssy it was on its way snd the food was poor quality when it arrived. I asked for jyst onion on my kebab and appears the same server was used on all salad as i had mixture of salad on a very very greasy kebab. The chips i couldnt eat as they were cold. I wont be ordering delivery ftom there again im afraid.

Need to up there game something has changed chilli sauce is like water and tastes like pizza sauce, used to be my favourite place not anymore flames is better

I have been ordering from Delicious Pizza on Tatnum Road for several years... However, recently the food that i normally order has been terrible - I ordered 1 medium and 1 large shish mixed kebab. However, it was cold!! in addition, I also ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal for my mother but again the chips and burger were cold and a chips looked as if it was moldy!! When i called back to discuss this with the staff denied it all and tried blaming myself for this saying i was the only one complaining and that they were not prepared to send out fresh food despite the food not being touched; I then asked for my money back and stated that they could collect the food in return but they put the phone down on me to which i called back and after 2 hours of trying to sort this out they agreed to send out fresh food at about 22:51pm when i initially called for food at about 8:30pm!! this is terrible service and sadly after over 2 years of service i WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! I do not know what has happened to the company but they accused me of lieing and saying it wasnt cold when it was or i would not be calling them and really rude customer service when trying to explain the situation being talked over on the phone and not allowing me to talk before putting the phone down on me!!Ohh and not to mention my friend was pregnant, tired and very hungry not going back again!!When it did arrive remembering it was supposed to be large well lets just say was not impressed!! LOOKED A MESS AND TASTED WORSE!!

Lovely place to get a take away food, chips, hamburger, kebabs , doner, shawarma and more...and oh pizzas, more pizzas, you can buy a pizza and get one free on certain days. It's says in the name - Delicious.

Ordered from JustEat - wrong order delivered, then when called back to explain this we were greeted with rude staff member who just simply said 'We'll take it off your next bill' and hung up. We then called back and explained we would not be returning so we would like out money back for the missing items or a replacement delivery. To which the same rude member of staff tried everything not to compensate the missing items. Huffed and said we will just send it back out with our delivery driver. So late food not with our mains as we can't have a refund as we would need to contact Just Eat - even though me paid cash... Will NOT be using again.

Was a bit dubious after reading recent reviews and it's been a couple of months since I've ordered from them. However, I have always been happy with them in the past, so I went for it. Food arrived in 40 minutes, well under the 60 minutes advised by the website. Deliver driver was very pleasant. The food was hot and very nice. Myself and the children certainly enjoyed it. I will definitely be using them again in future.

Delivered wrong pizza, over cooked and they trying to say that that’s what I ask for. Rang the place and have been offer £3.50 credit, I said I don’t want a credit (what can I buy for £3.50?) I wanted the pizza I’ve ordered but they told me to go somewhere else instead if I don’t like it, because I only spent £16.50 for my order and expecting a lot. I just expected what I’ve ordered I don’t think this is a lot to expect. It used be a good place to order from but not anymore. Mistakes are happening but no willing to rectify them??? I’ve paid them all as I think they need this money more then me. Reputation matters and yours is very low for a reason!!!
