Dominos in Poole

21/01/2022 - Tried ordering online, thankfully I encountered an issue which forced me to call the store. The employee on the phone told me I shouldn’t have been able to order online as they aren’t taking delivery orders tonight. When asked what would have happened if the order had gone through, they said “well I guess we would have had to deliver it”. When did dominos stop delivering, and why not make it obvious on the website.

Lovely pizza. Polite friendly professional staff member. Site looked very tidy and clean.

Unfriendly staff. Ordered 3 customers to leave the space and wait outside even though the room was not overcrowded, easily could observed proper distace, and people were wearing masks. We waited outside over 10 minutes for food to be ready.

Takeaway night in - Domino's chosen - great choice, food was fabulous. Delivery very quick so the pizzas were piping hot.

I order pizza for collection and the pizza hardly had chicken on it i call the manager and the attitite was that was the portion of it there was parts of the pizza that the bit of the chicken wasnt bigger than a peanut i and ask if he was joking.... been using Dominos for over 10 years but they need to improve the services and the flavour its all going down the drain these companies its all about profit and dont give a dam about the clients anymore. will think twice before ordering from you again...

Tasty pizza for good price after a day at Sandbanks! Easy to park at Norrish Road Car Park round the corner for £1 while you walk 2 mins to collect - fast, easy, COVID safe :)

Myself and my boyfriend ordered 2x large pizza's at the weekend (Both different flavours and we only ate our own) and subsequently got food poisoning. Food has previously been good but am so disappointed and won't be buying from this store again.

Fist time I have EVER been asked for ID to buy a pizza - literally before the pizza was handed over. Didn't even ask how I was paying. When I pulled my debit card out a few minutes later the woman didn't even look at it to see if my name matched my ID. Hilarious. Certainly gave me a laugh today. My son enjoyed his pizza and the store was super clean.

The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the mature gentleman (possibly manager - don't mean to be rude but not sure his name). The pizzas are always lovely and hot whether we pick up or have delivery. Recommend and will order from again
