Fantastic service. Came for breakfast with my family. Lovely atmosphere. Carol our waitresses was lovely ,very chatty. The food was great. The chef Matty did a great job

We booked to go for dinner. Very fast service and helpful waitress (Millie). The salad had to be served at the salad bar by the staff, but everyone was stood around it anyway so seemed a bit pointless not being able to help yourself. Refill drinks were self serve.Lovely food, nice and busy but not too loud or overcrowded.

Clearly understaffed, due to being busy because of the 50% off mains offer. Had to wait a long time to order, and then long queue for salad bar. If customers are allowed to use the drinks refill machine, why not let them do their own salad now? It would avoid the long queues at the salad bar. My jacket Potato was cold, and the tart was burnt on the edges. No slaw was served with either of our meals, although clearly stated on the menu that they came with slaw. Salad bowls were not cleared away, when mains were served. Gave up waiting for the waitress to clear mains and see if we wanted a pudding. In the end we had to find the manager and request our bill so that we could leave as we were fed up of waiting. Husband drinks Pepsi Max, but there wasn't any available. Told bar server he was diabetic so she asked if he wanted diet coke instead. Had to explain to her that diet coke has sugar in it!

Lovely food. Great variety. Exceptionally slow service! They were quite busy due to a special offer but over 3hrs for 2 course meal for 4 people seemed a very long time!

Went for breakfast I have to say the staff particularly Annie couldn't be more friendly and helpful I would recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious although the only negative if you can call it that was there wasn't any spinach to go with the brunch fishcakes, but they quickly rustled up a suitable alternative that I was happy with.

My husband and I went for lunch at thus Harvester. It was very busy but the service was adequate and friendly. The Harvester has a diverse menu but I go there mainly for the Rotisserie chicken and ribs and of course the salads. However, on this day there was no spit roast chicken! The Chicken, Bacon & Waffle was awful - chicken breast and waffle were very dry and hard in texture. Naturally I was disappointed that's why the 3 rating.

Popped in on a Tuesday after work didn't realise it was kids deal day, so really busy.Took ages for someone to take our order just for drinks so we ended up ordering meal as well.To be honest was not the best food I've had. Chicken was very dry and chewy and sweetcorn had no taste definitely won't be back to eat.Good note Millie our waitress was lovely and very polite

Called in for a lunch time drink.Overall neutral impression. Staff although friendly and pleasant appeared to be pressured, didn't really appear to be busy."Smokey" atmosphere from what smelt like burnt old cooking oil, I quite like the BBQ odour, this was different.The interior glass walls/partitions really need a good clean, many finger prints on one at lunchtime, with the sun shining in low in the sky really highlighting the problem.Having said that a good pint of beer.

Great cheap breakfast! Great for kids. Great for a cooked breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it for eggs benedict (as the egg was over done and the sauce was over and lumpy). The staff were very friendly and attentive! The toilets were partially clean, there was an extremely dirty and rusty radiator and a toilet with severe mould all up the wall! Like I said, Great for a quick, cheap meal.
