Yes, we like this place. It's ideally situated for coffee and a snack after a walk on the sea front. The menu is interesting and there are a good selection of all drinks. The only thing is that it does get rather busy, but I would certainly recommend it.

love coming here (10 years)! food and drink good, great atmosphere. always busy, no booking so queues inevitable but worth it. plenty of helpful staff. Usually great live easy-listening jazz on Sunday lunch.

Poor service then, poor service now. What a shame. Wanted to give them another chance after a previous visit, which felt distinctly unfriendly. For such a great venue, in a lovely location, it is REALLY let down by inflexible and abrupt service. On asking for a vegetarian scrambled egg dish (not unreasonable I thought), we were greeted with an outright no. It comes with bacon, no substitution - take it or leave it attitude. The fact that the meat is served on a separate dish is missing the point.Sadly the under-cooked poached egg was also underwhelming and tables weren't wiped between service.C'mon Jazz Cafe... it wouldn't kill you to be friendly. A quick wipe of the tables would also be hygienic.

Went for a Sunday breakfast and ordered the Smoked Salmon and my partner had the Sausage and Egg Sandwich. The sausage was not of good quality and the salmon was brown around the outside so very off-putting.The scrambled egg was overcooked and cold.My partner accidentally ordered the Smoked Salmon instead of the Egg Royale for me so asked if we could change it, the lady was happy to ask for us but unfortunately the dish was already 3/4 made so I asked if we could have a pot of hollandaise sauce on the side and they did this for an extra £1. Completely understand the change may not have been possible after already ordering and this was not my issue. What I didn't appreciate was the fact they didn't bring the pot of hollandaise and we had to ask for it. When my partner asked for it, the lady (I believe was the manger) was rude and snappy and walked away as he was talking. The cashier/waitress that served us was really nice and clearly wanting to do well for the customers but the manger did not come across this way at all.I only ate half of my food as the quality just wasn't there and I did not enjoy it at all. There is a very high price point which I understand to an extent as the location was beautiful, but I certainly won't be going back again. I went away still feeling hungry, feeling angry I wasted that much money and actually feeling quite sick as I don't think the food was of quality at all. The food and service needs a lot of work.

The floor is filthy and the tables are not cleaned between customers.Their idea of eggs royal are hard boiled eggs on a dry muffin. Just look at the state of this plate 😄I had to ask for refund, they send the money on a plate even though I’ve paid card. No apologise or anything. This place is an absolutely joke!

Thought we would treat ourselves to breakfast after a run this morning and wish we had just gone home to have breakfast. This was has to be one of the saddest looking breakfasts I've ever seen and for £8.25 was extortionate. The bacon wasn't edible on either of our plates was hard. The sausage was terrible quality and tasted very unpleasant.I ate the toast as I was hungry and should of not accepted and complained at the time. Have come home hungry and annoyed and £24 out of pocket.

Bad service, food didn’t arrive together, food missing and the manager just wanted to offer me a cup tea in an effort to get rid of me.Chip shop sausage, tinned mushrooms for a premium price, not great Sandbanks.Really disappointing experience and left me feeling very sad at how this establishment treats customers.“They won’t care given they have a monopoly on the beach front but I feel people should know how not to do things even if you know there’s another 100 people on the way.A real shame.

Jazz Cafe is my favourite place for a coconut capachino. I've not had a meal there yet but what I have seen looks good. 😀😀
