KFC - Tower Park in Poole

I love KFC's food, it's great, only I have autism and it was crowded, it was loud and was rather annoying. We requested for us to sit a little further away despite the area being blocked off and it was granted. One woman working there seemed to have a serious problem woth it and got overly annoyed, ruined my day even more and just caused us trouble. But a big thank you to all of the other staff which defended us.Didn't catch thw woman's nape but, stripped shirt and the taller of the two.

Very busy at end of the day, but was very quick getting our order.

me and 2 friends went to eat after going to splashdown, the food was nice and didn't take too long to be served, the only issue is that the place was nearly empty, there were people still eating at tables and it was only around 8:15pm on a Monday 21st feb 2022 we still had 45 minutes till the place was supposed to close, yet me and 2 friends were asked to eat it as takeout. We are 3 teen girls who were forced to eat some food on the steps of Cineworld at night time while we waited 30 minutes to be picked up, we felt unsafe as drunk people walked past and it was overall embarrassing to have to do that.

Grandkids enjoyed their food as usual, fast service and not very busy.

Used to eat here often before going to the movies pre pandemic, so sad to see the place empty. Hope everything will be back as before soon.

Ordered ahead via the app, and checked in from the car park before walking in...and still had to wait over half an hour for the food. It wasn't even that busy, maybe 3 or 4 people ahead in the queue, but just eat drivers were coming and going, getting served ahead of those waiting. If I hadn't ordered before going in I wouldn't have bothered

Disgusting behaviour from a member of staff towards my partner he tried to order food with cash and he got told to use the machine as there was too many order from delivery companies sorry but that is no way to talk to my partner who would of been a paying customer but no lost money and us as a customer NOT HAPPY !!!!!

Never had a good experience here. Last time it was dry chicken and immediate trip to the toilet. The serving staff use their hands to pull their mask down to talk to the kitchen, the same hand that handles the food, the obvious hand to mouth to your food route for infection. Disgusting.

Absolutely Stunning food as usual at a good price, perfectly located within a load of shops and by a cinema and bowling alley, highly recommended and will always eat here

Used the app to order. Took the money from my account and then said that there was a problem. When we went inside the manager stated that the app is no longer working properly. The money will be back in my account in 3-4 working days. Staff didn’t seem to care with a “NOT MY PROBLEM MATE” attitude. Luckily for me I had the funds to repay a second time in the shop to get the food I needed for the little treat for my family that was needed as with what’s going on at the moment everyone is a bit down. Sad state of affairs if it had been someone who did not have the money to fork out twice. In a nutshell the service is shocking and the food ended up being greasy as if the oil was 3 months old and undercooked. Double kick in the balls. Maybe that was on purpose. Either way KFC anywhere is no longer going to be a cheeky tea option.
