KFC continue to satisfy hunger and appetites. Whether you are hungry or just for a snack. It was an impromptu visit and it was lovely. I'm glad for the convenience of having them in practically every retail park!

Quick and friendly service staff happy to help plenty of parking around the restaurant and car park is cleaned on a regular basis can't complain would be happy easy there again

Awful service. Place has gone to pot. Barely anywhere to sit in and eat because the restaurant is full off deliveroo, Uber eats and just eats delivery drivers. Ordered a tower fillet meal, and it certainly didn't look like a tower. Must be a shortage of lettuce or they're in that much of a rush because of all the online delivery companies. Would've probably got served quicker through a delivery app, and I even ordered ready on the KFC app as the queue to order was huge.

Hats of to the staff!!! I mean, well done guys for working under tremendous pressure. We went on Friday evening and I have never seen place that busy! It was absolutely packed inside, drive thru line just didnt end. These guys were working their socks off and still being nice and polite, food was still well prepared, up to usual standard. Thank you!

Good, quick turnaround but no hot drinks - could've done with a coffee. Tables needed wiping down and the delivery drivers were getting in the way of customers.

Sad , but our meals were very poor quality.Chips worst we've seen anywhere .Chicken portions overcooked yet with soggy dough between chicken and outer surface.As a final straw my 7up wasn't diet yet had sweeteners in it , possibly not KFC fault there as I don't normally drink fizz .But not the pleasant experience we'd expected , won't rush to repeat it.

What a shambles. The machines inside were playing up and the counter staff looked like they were so unorganised so I opted for a drive through.The staff at the drive through get my order wrong, no offer of ketchup. No wet wipes or serviettes.Drive off and then see I've been charged for something I hadn't ordered or received and to top it off, no straw. You couldn't write it!

Ok let's be honest here, I like/love KFC so come here for the "drive thru". But also Tower Park & Ashley rd..I have only given 3 star because of Missing items from orders. Please check yours before leaving. Not funny when you have a delivery, sit down with family & food missing. Plus you paid for it, just try to complain & you are wasting your time... wait I'm changing it to 2 stars now for reminding myself....

I went on Saturday around 6pm and my experience was awful. The place had between 10 and more delivery guys (I don’t have anything to say about them, they are very polite and working hard) the problem was that KFC give them priority and the clients that are actually are in tables must wait ages to have their food. I bought 3 ice cream and I waited more than 20 minutes, I know “is just 20 min” but just because I told with someone and she gave me them saying sorry for the time that I’ve been waiting for a simple ice cream.You can see how the order screen put numbers first than yours several times and delivery companies has always the first places, your number keep the same place in the queue and sometimes goes back again to the end. There were around 12 to 15 people working inside the restaurant and they all were super busy but you are not their priority.I wasn’t the only one that was complaint about waiting times, the were people furious. I think KFC must fix their system the created a new way to serve food so everyone will be happy. CHANGE THE ALGORITHM IN YOU SYSTEM :)

I asked at the drive through window if it was made fresh, they assured me it was.If you call yellow lettuce overcooked zinger and overcooked hash brown I guess they were right.The manageress with her poor use of the national language would not even give me her name, very odd.Give this KFC the widest birth possible.
