Loch Fyne in Poole

We made a booking for four, and put in the notes that it was for a birthday. The staff were excellent, even though we arrived early they ensure that we were served drinks in the bar and they brought a birthday champagne for the Mrs. Dinner service was prompt and the fish was cooked perfectly. Plates were cleared efficiently, and they checked on us throughout. This made for a very successful birthday dinner!

I went to that place for Easter break with my partner.The place looked really nice, and we decided to walk in. We didn't book in advance, but it wasn't a problem at that moment. The food was amazing and the service very professional!Definitely, I would recommend to go and if we are back in the area, we'll repeat again!

It was good, staff were really friendly and food was nice. It was just a few small things, like I had no glass for my wine (happy to drink a bottle but not out the bottle 😅) and no napkins which when you're having seafood it's not ideal! Staff were so busy think there was only a couple on so was tricky to flag them down to ask for these things, but they were great and we enjoyed the food

We just stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The staff were all great, the food was amazing! It’s in a great location too. My only criticism is that the rooms could be updated, their looking a bit tired, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Can't fault it. My partner has special requirements regarding gluten & dairy, both were catered for in a clear manner.Staff are very friendly & go above their usual duties to ensure you're visit is as expected.We had the whole lobster, it was reasonably priced, well presented & tasted fantastic.We will be visiting here again, a very well represented venue of this brand.Thank you!
