Visiting the area, used uber eats. Good selection of food on offer and we decided to go for the set meal for 2. This was an excellent choice, a good variety, tasty, non-greasy and generous. The order arrived on time and hot. Well done, highly recommended.

Dreadful service. Ordered a takeaway to be delivered at 6.00pm and it didn't arrive until 7.20pm. I rang them 3 times to ask where my order was and kept being told the driver was on his way. When it finally arrived at 7.20pm the driver told me he hadn't left he restaurant until 7.10pm so they had lied to me 3 times on the phone.Would never order from them again.

Our go to Chinese every time, highly recommend the special fried rice and a large spring roll for a starter. We always have delivery, doesn’t take too long and the food is always hot. Haven’t had any problems with ordering via the Just Eat app and the order is always correct. We will continue to use regularly.

Ordered from mandarin for the first time today. Spent quite a bit . Food arrived after one and a half hours. Food was barely warm and very greasy, including the prawn crackers. Duck was mostly soft fat and very little meat. Pork dumplings whilst lukewarm were quite tasty. But otherwise a very disappointing experience

Have always enjoyed the food from here ! Thought I'd try something different tonight. Sweet n sour chicken balls and chips ..batter was pale and undercooked ! Chips were awful ! So crunchy, where they were overcooked ..spent over £30 ..from what I've read from other reviews it's a waste of time complaining ! So wont be wasting my money here again !

Me and my family have ordered from this place for over a year now since we moved to the area and normally on a Saturday. I have to say the service is absolutely brilliant I always phone up first for collection and its ready in about 15-20 mins, the food is absolutely delicious, the price is good for what you get as there is plenty there and they always remember me and my daughter when we come in and they are always very happy, friendly and very polite. It's always clean and the atmosphere is lovely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants good Chinese food.

Easily the best Chinese local to Parkstone, I have eaten in every Chinese restaurant/take away around Poole and Parkstone, and if the quality of food is what you are looking for, here is the place.Parking is difficult due to the location on a busy main road,Delivery took 40 mins. total was £26.50 for everything in the picture

Only use on a Saturday night if you expect to wait 1.5 hours for cold food and have part of your order missing. You will then have to request a refund of the item that wasn't delivered to be told you have had it delivered and that you are telling lies. Also that the food is delivered cold because it is winter. It is actually a mild Feb evening!! They can't deliver the missing item as they have other customers. I'm sorry... am I missing something here... I am a customer who paid you £30 for food that was not delivered or was cold. Although I have requested a refund, I have not yet had this. Unfortunately I will not be using again because they cannot grasp that a customer purchasing goods from them has the right to receive these goods and all they seem bothered with is how many more orders they can get paid for that night after f#!king up yours. Far too busy to care about your order!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
