Order arrived over an hour before I'd asked for it why even ask when you want it by if your just gunna fire it straight out

Hi just to let you know how disappointed we are tonight with your food and service order number 9689 23/4/22After an hour of waiting for our order we phone and then told our order was missed so had to wait another half hour, sit down straight away and yep it’s cold I had the 1/4 duck had a tiny bit of sauce in the bottom of a pot 8 strands of spring onion only enough for one pancake so all very disappointing never return or recommend as not going through that again

The worst Chinese takeaway I have ever dealt with.. Appalling service, after two hours wait I asked for a refund, only to have the phone put down on me and a cold meal delivered five minutes later. Very greasy and over-cooked , sauce like dishwater, re-constituted chicken that was like rubber. It went in the bin. They should be shut down.

Used this place for years, something has changed, the food is awful now, the chicken was under cooked and food went in the bin, that's twice in a row the food has been poor, first time I could accept, but the place most have changed staff or the chef has given up, delivery times are over an hour now also, lost my custom from now on

I will never be ordering from here again. My delivery arrived incorrect - I immediately called to request the issue rectified but was met with an individual telling me I was wrong (despite me staring at the incorrect food). He then advised the manager would call me - this did not happen so I had to call. The 'manager' I spoke to had the worst attitude of anyone I have dealt with. She accused me of calling multiple times and was incredibly rude when I asked her what she was talking about. When I eventually received a replacement dish the driver agreed with me and I made sure she took the incorrect dish back so the manager could apologise to me. She did not she was incredibly rude and dismissive once more and I will never order from there again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Stay clear.

Can't score any less which is a shame, I just had me refund from just eat, after they investigated and also spoke to restaurant. Food was disgusting, I've worked in the catering industry for 20 years and never serve the food we received, I ot shouted at on complaining and the phone put down on me, don't waste your time ordering here. If its wrong they will ignore you. My deep fried king prawns were soggy along with the chips, the meat was like jelly. Please please don't put yourself through ordering here

If i could give a minus star rating I would!! We have spent a lot of money with them in the past , each time it has got worse, food quality very poor , delivery very poor , as for the staff so rude !!! Order is wrong everytime and when you complain you get a load of abuse absolutely disgusting will never use them again !!! AVOID

Just had my delivery, The delivery rider asked my husband for payment, I go out and tell him I’ve already paid and said goodbye as I don’t want to be FILMED!!!He has a camera strapped to his chest like a cop!!.Then he’s shouting through my letterbox telling me to call them. So I did and the said they have my receipt at the shop. I told the guy and he obviously thinks I’m dishonest! And tells me I’m being recorded!!!! I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN!! Food isn’t nice either! Only ordered because tang village is shut today!

The quality of food has declined and the wrong items have been delivered on several occasions now. I've been patient with them and let it slide a few times, but this last order caused unnecessary frustration, so that's it, I won't be back.

Great food & very good value for money. I've always collected so can't say how good or bad delivery can be, but know people who do & they've never complained.Update: Still using MasterChef and still no complaints. We have a takeaway from them about once a month & the quality is always good.
