McDonald's in Poole

I had my bikes on my car and I couldn't go through drive-through because of the hight restriction and went to order in. It took them 24 minutes from the moment I placed the order until I got it for 2 happy meals, 4 cheesburgers, 2 portions of fries and 2 coca-cola... 24 minutes... There were also other who waited for 20 + minutes for their food. The manager was prioritising drivethrough and small orders. Def the worse waiting time ever.

Zero bordering 1 star. Awful - restaurant was chaotic and dirty. Maintenance staff working on the ceiling where food was being prepared - not ideal.Many customers waiting and staff from delivery services waiting. Restaurant was covered in used remnants of some Halloween celebration.The most noticeable thing was how dirty and filthy the common surface areas were. From the the main door, the tables and to the self service machines! This is a very dated McDonald’s, most definitely requires a major refurbishment - overall a very unpleasant experience.

Don't go here anymore as there are always items missing from my orders. Had to use them today through uber eats as Im isolating at home and couldn't use the tower park restaurant. Order arrived and was left at my door. Got it inside and 3 dips were missing and 2 cookies. Literally pay for things you don't get. They must be making millions taking customers money and not providing the food. Avoid at all costs.

A DISGUSTING LITTER GENERATING McD OUTLET !!!!!This McDonalds certainly appears to encourage its customers to dump their litter, food, bottles, cups, straws, boxes and packaging on the streets, pavements and hedges of the surrounding retail park. There is Zero attempt to educate and instruct those that feed here that it is hugely anti-social to litter and disrespect your surroundings community. It is time for Maccy D's to invest in signs, posters and social media campaigns to combat the scourge they are enabling! PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling! Qued for half an hour which is fair enough for a mcdonalds, ordered and paid fine.Then the lady serving food took one look at me rolled her eyes and told us to pull to the waiting bays. She then gave her food straight to the person behind us. Maybe their order was ready earlier but that's not the worst part. We waited for litteraly 52 minutes to be given a bag of chips. Just chips. My child was crying her eyes out in the back because she didn't have any food because out of our £40 order we only got chips. I went in to complain and the worker just walked away. I would NEVER go to this mcdonalds again. Unacceptable behaviour.Also the chips were soggy and unsalted

This was a fairly good McDonalds.Friendly staff who were on the ball with customers issues and spilages.Burger was excellent. Fries just warm.Very busy outlet that performs well to its needs although the resurant needs to be bigger and more kitchen space (wider isles) for the staff would have been an advantage in such a busy store, however they were on the ball and manged this well.The only loss of a star was down to handles.The toilet was clean, but the handle bars to get out were quite dirty. Also there was some build up of food under the friers. Nothing too bad but it should be cleaned as it is in eye view. Difficult to deal with in a busy stire with tight operating space. On the whole.Good visit :-)

Went through drive thru Friday at around 5-5.15. they told me to park up and the food will be brought to us.2 cars came and left before me but I patiently waited. But after 30 mins and 2 moaning kids later I tracked the fit bringing food out down to ask where ours was.A further 10 minutes passed and nothing so I went inside because I was generally angry at this point. They gave me my food which had deffonately been sat there a while but at this point I just wanted to leave this disasterous place. I hadn't eaten all day because I was busy around the house.2 hours later I have the worst pain in my abdomen. Since then I have barely been off the toilet. Tha was literally the only thing I ate all day so easy to track what it was.Don't eat here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again, lots missing items. Contacted Maccies - not interested. To add insult to injury, the burger my Daughter ate, was promptly thrown up. Called Maccies for 25 minutes and just kept getting cut off. Really disappointed 😔

I had a problem with my order, tried to speak to a manager about it, this manager in white shirt said I was waiting only 5 minutes, however I was waiting for over 25 minutes for my order, he lied to me to try get away with the situation. He rudely waived his arm near my face and said there's nothing he can do go away! Left me speaking and ignored me. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. Just a very rude manager with no manners.

This place it is always very busy. Dinning in or going through the drive through it is always super busy, but the love for McDonald's is great so we queued. I think the longest I've had to wait for the order was 10 minutes, even at it's busiest time.
