McDonald's in Poole

We were absolutely blown away with our service. My young child fell off his seat and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was ok - he was fine. The staff were really friendly, helpful and polite the moment we walked through the door. We had to keep reminding ourselves we were in a McDonalds!! Great experience, will visit again thank you.

Be careful on table service as my was 32 min late. That was me chasing my order, if I didn’t do that god knows how long do I have to wait for. Apart from that it’s same like all other McDonald’s ie food. Big car park and drive through is normally busy. Lots of shopping center close by.

The best service & he cleanest shop of Mc I have ever been. I even called manager to give her my feedback. Highly recommended. Really nice place

12th June 2022 around 8pm. Food was standard and the Italian burger was quite nice. However the service was very slow, I waited maybe 20 minutes but some people waited for well over 35 for their meals. The staff displayed no sense of urgency towards the situation and the duty manager made very little attempt to take control. I do not know what the cause of the issue was; staffing or equipment failure, but any amount of effort goes along way and might help deal with the flood of customer complaints. Speaking as personal experience as a chef, I believe the staff management was to blame and I recommend extra staff training to fix this situation and prevent it from happening again.

I had my bikes on my car and I couldn't go through drive-through because of the hight restriction and went to order in. It took them 24 minutes from the moment I placed the order until I got it for 2 happy meals, 4 cheesburgers, 2 portions of fries and 2 coca-cola... 24 minutes... There were also other who waited for 20 + minutes for their food. The manager was prioritising drivethrough and small orders. Def the worse waiting time ever.

One of the worst, disorganised, chaotic and dirty MACDONALD’s I’ve been to. We waited 45 minutes for our food to be brought out, after paying for it that is. Then they got the order wrong. They need to decide what is more important, deliveries, app orders, drive thru or the restaurant. They are overwhelmed. Profit over customer satisfaction. Feel sorry for both the customers and the staff.

Went there for breakfast. No one was taking orders. According to the message on the display, my order was ready for collection but no one brought it and called my number. After a long wait, about 15 minutes, I finally managed to speak to a member of staff and after another couple of minutes they finally brought my orders. Also, my coffee was cold

Don't go here anymore as there are always items missing from my orders. Had to use them today through uber eats as Im isolating at home and couldn't use the tower park restaurant. Order arrived and was left at my door. Got it inside and 3 dips were missing and 2 cookies. Literally pay for things you don't get. They must be making millions taking customers money and not providing the food. Avoid at all costs.

Zero bordering 1 star. Awful - restaurant was chaotic and dirty. Maintenance staff working on the ceiling where food was being prepared - not ideal.Many customers waiting and staff from delivery services waiting. Restaurant was covered in used remnants of some Halloween celebration.The most noticeable thing was how dirty and filthy the common surface areas were. From the the main door, the tables and to the self service machines! This is a very dated McDonald’s, most definitely requires a major refurbishment - overall a very unpleasant experience.

A DISGUSTING LITTER GENERATING McD OUTLET !!!!!This McDonalds certainly appears to encourage its customers to dump their litter, food, bottles, cups, straws, boxes and packaging on the streets, pavements and hedges of the surrounding retail park. There is Zero attempt to educate and instruct those that feed here that it is hugely anti-social to litter and disrespect your surroundings community. It is time for Maccy D's to invest in signs, posters and social media campaigns to combat the scourge they are enabling! PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
