Pizza Express in Poole

Came here for dinner. Used vouchers from clubcard. Food was good. Drinks expensive. Parking is available right next to pizza express. Cinema is dead opposite so you could easily come for a meal before or after cinema. Booking a table online on the website was easy enough too.

Came for dinner this evening, last minute decision. What a great one! Manager made us a table up even though it was a 30 minute wait and Ryan R was our waiter, cannot fault either of them! The food was marvellous, being GF and DF, I always worry but they catered for us perfectly.We will definitely be back!

We were a party of four, new to this Pizza Express, visiting Sun 27th Mar evening. We are well familiar with the Pizza Express franchise. There were other diners though it was quiet. We were shown to a nice booth and was greeted by a friendly waiter who delivered good service. The food we ordered was received in good time and as expected and I believe we all enjoyed our meals though my partner was irritated and frustratingly annoyed that when asking for a straw for her drink, and a dip to accompany her slightly bland pasta dish, was told neither was available. Another waiter asked us and my partner was given an appropriate dip. Otherwise we had a pleasant meal. I like Pizza Express and am happy to eat at one again.

Food gets a 2star as it was good but customer service awful. We ended up with all plates still left on the table at end of meal as didn't bother clearing at all. My son wanted pudding but we ended up having to chase the serving staff who were too busy tidying up, restocking fridges & sorting out cutlery to pay attention to the customers.

Disappointed in this visit.Food was really disappointing for the money. Ordered a BBQ beef burn ends pizza, when it arrived it was just base and sauce, no beef so had to send back.By the time a new one arrived with the topping I actually ordered, the wife had finished hers. I was very close to just cancelling the whole thing.Wanted more drinks but the waitress was no where in sight so went without.Very poor experience, and very glad we had a gift voucher as I wouldn't have really begrudged paying full price for what we had.Chances of coming back are slim!!

I visited Pizza Express Tower Park yesterday (28/12/21) having a great time with my friends. My server was a lovely lady called Kayleigh.We enjoy the food there especially the padana pizza.Thank you so much for the nice service.We wbe back soon.

Visited on Friday 3rd December 2021. Food was absolutely lovely, can’t fault it at all. Service was brilliant , restaurant was really clean and staff are nothing but professional. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the near future. The staff even bought out a cake (that we supplied) for a birthday surprise, thanks for all your effort.

Pizza ok. Very disappointing service. On arrival as we hadn't booked we were told we would have to be finished in just over 1 hr. Service not as prompt as we were assured to facilitate this. When we requested desert for the 3 children, (still just within the hour), we were told we might not have time as they needed to clear the table, we offered to eat it outside and were told it was good of the manager to have fitted us in!! Obviously Pizza Express don't want or care about customer satisfaction!

Staff were polite and helpful.Dough balls, luke warm.Risotto was below average.Cannelloni was a runny bowl of cheese sauce with almost zero pasta.The photo is the swimming pool of cheese sauce.
