The process of being allocated a table was fast, and everything we needed was on hand. Also the staff were attentive and polite, food good. No complaints here 👌

Takeaway order, absolutely dreadful. Both Pizzas were undercooked...was like eating uncooked dough, cheesy garlic bread was stone cold. Most of the meal in the bin! Am disappointed to give them 1 Star as the meal warranted a zero Star rating! *** Avoid Avoid Avoid***

Member of staff very friendly and attentive. Ordering and food completed quickly and efficiently. Having gone to another restaurant (not Pizza Hut) recently and waiting ages to order and then be served it was refreshing to get excellent service, particularly when with children as it is sometimes hard to keep them settled when waiting for food. I have not used Pizza Hut for ages but will definitely return after this positive experience.

Normally I will look for the positives from any interaction with a place I have been to, but honestly our experience with Tower Park Pizza Hut last night was not a good one. To start, the staff appeared to be more interested in getting us to order via their app, although we don't mind doing this, it was highlighted 6 or 7 times. Then we ordered and realised the pricing for the menu was excesive for a family of four. Over 70 pounds for a single course and some drinks. Then, after ordering via the app as requested, our order "was forgotten about" and 45 mins later we were still awaiting our food. It was eventually recognised and we had to wait another 20 mins before our food started to arrive. The food was not great to be honest but that was expected at this point. We were then apologised to by the manager and told we would receive a full refund of our bill due to the inconvenience. This would have been a suitable compensation for the awful service, however we have today discovered the refund was only 50% of the total bill which is not what we were promised. This was a terrible experience and we will not be visiting again. Out of 10 I would rate this particular restaurant as a 3, maybe a 4 due to some effort to rectify which ultimately failed.

The Poole Tower centre Pizza hut has the best ambience and good deals.

Massively overpriced for sub-par food. Two of our three pizzas were dripping with grease - you could hold up a piece & watch it fall off in droplets. The third, a gluten free crust with dairy-free cheese, was ÂŁ13, half the size, & had quite literally half a slice of ham torn into four pieces & maybe a tablespoon of cheese over the entire thing. Don't get me wrong, in generally just happy to be able to have pizza with such a stupid picky stomach, but at ÂŁ33 for three pizzas, it just wasn't OK.

Friendly service, food was good. Only let down was the plates, bowls and glasses didn't feel overly clean. Especially the bowls under the salad bar. Took me 2 attempts to find one without something crusty stuck to it that hadn't been washed off.

Shocking experience, staff service was non existent, complained, provided us with a voucher, then if you use it you cannot stack it eith the deals. Ended up costing more with the voucher than with deals. Never buying from pizza hut ever again. I buy dominos now.

Pizza Hut tower park. Lots of really good parking and easy to get to. Tower park was a nice area before lockdown however it hasn’t lasted to well through lockdown. Tgis and chiquitos has shut down so the walk there is not the same atmosphere as tp used to be. Food in Pizza Hut was amazing, good quality pizza and they definitely having a unique selling point with how they do their bases! Waiters were nice and as always let you take home what you didint finish. I defo recommend going for one of the deals as you save a lot of money! Only downside was the normal refillable drinks were the same price but not refillable, I totally understand the restrictions of COVID however drinks should either be brought new once finished or a decrease in the price. Felt it wasn’t to fair we had to paid £2.25 every time I want a cup of Pepsi! Salads also weren’t to nice, just felt like they weren’t needed but were part of the deal. They defo came out of a fridge! Otherwise was a great meal, would go back.

Had a nice pizza for dinner however, it was extremely thin. I'd say thinner than a thin and crispy pizza, I wasn't asked if I wanted deep pan, Italian etc either.. for the price paid, it wasn't good value! Cookie dough was ok, not the best I've had from a pizza hut.
