Lovely location overlooking the sea, clean, food nothing to scream about, a little over priced, the service counter staff need to learn how to smile, use the equipment, be taught some manners,If there was a Costa close by would recommend that instead.

1) The staff looked like they wanted to leave, 1 guy just looked like he hasn’t slept since 2009.2) The food took like 30 minutes to arrive, though to be fair, it was quite busy.3) Reading the review from 3 weeks ago, I can see that this isn’t the 1st time this has happened here, which makes me question the integrity of the staff working here. I paid £35.55 (ridiculous price, by the way) for my meal. I look at my account and see that they took £71.10 out of my account!!! The girl at the counter told me that the first way I paid ‘didn’t work’, so she made me pay another way. If this was the first time this has happened, I would’ve understood. But another review from 3 weeks ago makes me think otherwise. I called them over an hour ago and they said that they’ll call me back immediately (apparently they can’t just refund me with my card number), still waiting for a call. The worst thing is that they didn’t even have the decency to give me 2 meals, ridiculous!

Plain scone was amazing, but the sausage baguette was a let down! Had it as takeaway, got back to work to eat it and it was simply a plain baguette, not even buttered with 3 sausages plonked in! For over £5 charge!!! No ketchup, nothing! The staff looked fed up and everything was in slow Mo with no urgency. No atmosphere either. You can't trade on just a beach view, others offer that too! Someone needs to go in there and shake them up a bit! Obviously I won't be returning (unless it's to takeaway a scone, obviously the cook for these has the right recipe!). 🤷

No service whatsoever - the tables were just left dirty for next customers.Dogs are not allowed inside, and it was extremely windy outside, so I had to walk back to the car to lock up the dog.The worst thing was that they somehow added a fraudulent £60 transaction to my contactless card, in addition the the legitimate transaction for the drinks. I had to spend lots of my time phoning my bank to report it.

Service with a scowl. They offered panninis which sounded lovely. My wife wanted just a cheese one. They couldn't do this as they had all been prepared that particular morning. So had to plump for a burger. A young girl also asked for a similar thing and was told by Little Miss Sunshine who was covering that particular area that did she really expect people to be making them on request.Ifor one won't be going back again.

I’ve never come across such an anti-dog cafe, especially when during the winter months 90% of people walking the beach are dog owners.Firstly, no water is provided, unless you buy a bottle. I asked for a bowl and was rudely spoken to, shouted No!!Secondly, dog owners are made to feel secondary to this business as you’re not allowed to sit outside on the vast patio area overlooking the beach/sea view but your pushed around the back facing the car park! Couldn’t believe it! The patio was empty. To access the patio, you have to enter the cafe and go through another door, there is obvious outside entrance. The moment my wife stepped in the cafe with the dog (we’d seen another dog owner do the same) staff came out from the back with dirty looks and pointed to a no dog policy sign!Overall, an extremely poor experience especially with the prices they charge, which I expected because it’s Sandbanks but to be treated so differently because I have a dog is unacceptable.I will not be returning unless there are improvements. There are other local cafes, maybe they’ll be better?

Popped in here after a bracing bike ride against the wind. I've not visited before so was very impressed to find such a smart, clean and comfy cafe right on the beach. The staff were efficient and friendly. Good coffee and lovely cakes.

Having visited the cafe this morning I was surprised to see that some customers were walking in without face masks & that there were no screens between the staff & the customers, also No notices on the entrance doors reminding customers to wear a face mask .The areas inside were clean & tidy & the staff helpful , one other criticism is that the cakes are displayed without any covers over them .which leaves them open for people to sneeze or cough over them .

Good location, outside seating over looking the sea. Right next to the car park and easy disabled access via ramps. Lovely coffee and cake/scone for 2 for £10 which was good value.

·

Beautiful setting with panoramic views of the beach. Great for a quick bite
