Shakeaway Poole in Poole

Waited for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged - at least two staff members glanced in our direction but refused to make eye contact. It doesn't matter how busy you are - you're never too busy to acknowledge a waiting customer and let them know how long they'll have to wait to order.

Clearly laid out options and the ability to add to an order or even create a unique drink etc. Helpful and friendly staff, even patient dealing with a frantic parent with 3 kids needing their sugar fix and kindly repeating my order more than once back to me (thank you!) Could say the price is high but a milkshake alone costs at least a few pounds anywhere even without ice cream so by the time you have added the extras they include in theirs, i would say you pay for what you get and its definitely worth it

The Poole store service is disgusting refused to take a valid full loyalty card as the last stamp was collected at the Bournemouth store. The managers attitude was appalling

Drinks were great, but a faster service is needed even with 3 people working we had to wait 15 minutes for a drink..

Unfortunately disappointed with our shake away this afternoon. We are regular customers of this establishment and come on a almost weekly basis but the shakes we had this afternoon were well below par. We had tinsel Tara and Colin and neither had any taste due to them being almost completely unblended. Obviously not knowing this until we were well on our way. When you pay £10 for two shakes you need them to be worth it. This time it certainly wasn't. We will unlikely be returning.

Staff are always cheerful and helpful. Work hard and fast to get orders made quickly. Can get very busy on weekends and during school holidays. Always delicious milkshakes!

Best place for a shake ever. Every time I go into poole I’ll go and pick one of these bad boys up. The variety of flavours is fat and the prices are also great. They take card which is amazing and it takes less than 5 mins to make your shake.

Would have given it 5 stars for the very tasty shake but I had to insist they fill it up. I was told they only fill it up to the line and the line is roughly the size of the regular. I ordered a large. Coffee shops used to do this. The shake was truly great.

The staff here are so amazing! Fast and very friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic and their range of milkshakes beats anywhere else I've been. Can't recommend enough.

The staff are really rude and inconsiderate. Husband and I arrived to an empty store, other than like 3 customers that have already been served and seated. Husband was in the process of reading the menu on the wall when a family of 3 barged in and demanded to be served immediately. He objected and the staff member had the gall to ask him if he minds to be served after the family?! He waited like 5 minutes because he thought the staff members were all busy and thinking he will be served whenever they have finished whatever additional ativities they're required to do! He was trying to be polite with everyone and this is what he gets for being nice to Shakeaway employees...Shame!
