Ordered through the'Just eat' app. No pictures of the food that I ordered but expected chicken, rice and some sort of sauce as I was given the option to choose one of several flavours. I also ordered jalapeno bites for £4.99.I was told that my food would arrive between 7.30 and 7.45. It arrived at 8.05 - cold! I had a mountain of rice (very dry) and 6 pieces of chicken for each meal (no complaints about portion size). However, there was no sauce so it was very dry. The jalapeno bites were the size of walnuts and there were 3 of them! £4.99 for those! Fuming! I tried to ring them on 2 occasions but there was no reply. I made curry sauce to go with my chicken and rice to make it palatable as I had no other choice. 😠 Never again!

The delivery driver threw the food all over my driveway! Two hours late, after multiple attempted calls by the kids’ father and Deliveroo- they suddenly showed up! I had just had an operation and couldn’t move, so the children told him we couldn’t accept the delivery so late. The kids’ father was out collecting different food! In the morning, my youngest noticed food all over our driveway. I looked back on my Ring doorbell app, only to see the driver throwing the food all over it. Just what you want to have to pick up before the school run.

Really annoyed with how late my food was. Waiting and hour and 30 minutes for an order they said would take 35. If you order, do it well in advance.

I ordered food from deliveroo which took over a hour but the food quality was bad I'm sure the chicken nuggets wasn't cooked fully that's just the start I should have just put £15 in the bin.

Over a week since I ordered my food via Deliveroo on a Saturday night, we was told the food would arrive by 3am, the food never arrived, yet the driver marked it as delivered at 4am! Deliveroo sent them a refund request and they have yet to accept the refund, this is absolutely appalling standards for a fast food restaurant. When you call them you get the same ' We will take your number and get the manager to call you'. The manager never calls you and somehow is never there when you call! Stay away from this takeaway as its the worst experience I've ever had with a place and I still haven't even gotten my money back.

DISGUSTING!!! As a local new to this particular area, I originally used this takeaeay a few weeks ago to a massive disappointment! I wrongfully gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to use them again recently! Worse mistake of my life!!! The food was borderline what I'd feed my dog!!! The chicken fillet was nothing more than a 88p Asda smart price chicken fillet deep fat fried!!!(see pics) For over £7!!! This was rotten enough but service was vile!!! I placed my order through the app and had it declined as they don't take cash but even after walking all the way to the place to show there is no option to pay by card! I was told they do not deliver????? And I should order through just eat or Uber eats? SO WHY DO YOU HAVE AN APP??? this place not only rips off the tourists but also doesn't care about the wider community!! Avoid this like COVID 19!!! DISGUSTING!!!!

Don't order! Second time this happened! Ordered something guess what?? We paid a price so we wouldn't have all our items delivered!! Missing and sloppy! We tried calling but the line was apparently 'busy'. No wonder you have such bad reviews guys. Reviews are a reflection on how you perform! And you have performed poorly!

Would not recommend ordering from them. My food never arrived. I ordered at 2am as I was on a night shift and was very hungry. It was due to be delivered between 2:50am and 3:10am. I gave the restaurant a ring at 4am and was told the restaurant is closed goodbye. The just eat app states .y order was delivered at 3am but never received it. Would not recommend at all and certainly will not be using this place again.

Ordered food for delivery from here, Just amazing with big portion. Chicken breast was juicy and tender, plenty of sauce added. Hot and tasty. Will definitely order from them again

This is quite a difficult review. The food quality seemed lovely. I ordered a chicken burger, which was tasty, halloumi, which was also really nice, provided with a free salad also. The chips were cold, but this was due to the fact my order took 2 and a half hours to deliver. This was just after the heavy snow, so I was aware this could be delayed. After calling to check how much of a delay, I was told another 20 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes later my food arrived. The gentleman who delivered my food was very polite. I just felt the manager I spoke to was incredibly stressed and didn't have his head in the game, and just wanted me off the phone. This may be a great place to order for collection, as the good is very nice, but the management of the delivery was disappointing.
