Subway in Poole

Absolutely disgusting, multiple bar flies buzzing around the self service drinks pump I dread to think what else they have been crawling over!! The place needs a thorough clean!! Unmotivated staff who would prefer to chat to each other than serve customers.

Always clean, polite staff and served in a timely manner.

Not the best subway I have been to. Staff were quick at making my sandwich and processing snacks at the till. I had used my subway card on my phone and it went all okay! Im not quite sure if it deducted my points for the snacks I had ordered as I wanted to use some of my points I had racked up. Anyways, I had a refillable drink. The drink was fine but there were lots of flies hanging around the refil machine! I had noticed that most of the tables hadnt been cleaned and were left quite dirty looking. My sandwich was good overall but I'd reccomend that you take caution before entering this subway. There might be flies hanging around!

Worst Subway i have ever visited!!! Staff were coughing over my food whilst making my sandwich and wiping his nose. Absolutely disgusting environment with flies everywhere due to sticky fizzy drinks over table 😒

went into subway in poole bus station was not impressed all the tables had half eaten food tables were filthy there was food on the floor when you think this place is for eating had to ask to have a table cleaned reply was bare with us were busy was not that busy plus they had run out of coffee wont be eating in there again totaly put me and mypartner off

I purchased a meal in this place and I was disgusted when I saw flies flying around the food they were preparing (while nobody did or said anything.) They carried on serving customers with 3 big flies flying in circles around the food. Very visible to employees AND customers with no complaints from anyone. it was as if this is normal?! Disgusting!Very dirty restaurant service.

Best sandwich I had in a long time!!!. Chicken bacon, one side, stake and cheese the other. Onions and jalapeno's. I had some Gatorade which is amazing 💚. The staff are friendly and super professional. I'm looking forward to going back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This used to be good this place but recently the standard is gone down hill. The place is dirty, very unorganised, never enough items on the menu and some of the staff they definitely needs training

Fast and fantastic service. The food was delicious and my kids loved it. How ever I think the shop needs a bigger space and more tables as people were struggling to find some where to sit. Also you need a code for the toilet?? Some people don't like having to ask for a code so they can use a toilet.

I enjoy a good subway but this was horrible. Flies were everywhere and you couldn't sit at a table without having to move rubbish that wasn't cleaned up. The windows were dirty and the chairs were ripped.The table and chairs were filthy and I had to brush it all down before I started eating. I would avoid.
