Superb Pizza & Kebab in Poole

Absolutely no faults,but what happened to redeeming loyalty points?

I will highly recommend this place. Im in love with them chicken burger and mixed doner kebab. Very tasty, fresh, and good size of portions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good food friendly people nice and fresh salad

For the last 6 weeks they have charged 60p extra per meal for delivery i only found out as live near by and went in on my way home for food. They lied on 3 occasions saying someone was coming in the next day to change prices in the shop I understand you pay more for delivery which is the 50p charge on their website but tonight I rung wanting delivery for the price in their shop as still 6 weeks later not changed and I have a phone recording of the guy saying he still has to change the boards but will give me £20 back tomorrow so knows they are in the wrong will go to trading standards as I am tiredOf them ripping people off

Ordered from here expecting quick delivery via Uber eats… never used this take away before so it’s always nervous when trying somewhere new to eat from. After about 5 phone calls 4 of which were ignored and went unanswered someone picked the phone up, at first didn’t have our name down for an order and then found us. Said give me 12 mins… that was at 20.16 and food arrived at 9pm having already waited over an hour and a half for food to arrive.Food is not hot hot but hot enough to eat. Hadn’t researched enough before ordering and noticed this place only has a 2 star rating. Having been through food poisoning elsewhere years ago I’m terrified I’m going to get sick!Staff were polite. Delivery driver was very apologetic for being so late.Won’t be ordering from here again.

Incredibly rude. They said "it would be an hour". I replied "will it be longer than that?". He replied "do you want to order or not". I said "yes". When going through their website list of salads etc he said "on the second one". I said hadn't finished the first one yet and that would be confusing". He said I asked for everything on the first one which I said I didn't. "Yes you did!" (The old saying of "the customer is always right" means nothing to them. There's plenty of other places. Try them instead

It really was superb!!I love spice and the picante pizza was actually spicy.I friend phoned the guy back up to say how much he loved the chicken burger.Staff was great as well

Got a pizza, really good value, the base was really well made. No complaints. The guy was so lovely too, and my mate phoned him to thank him for his brilliant chicken burger and he was overjoyed. Really fab place 💕💕

The pizzas here are fantastic. The base is made fresh for every order. I've been told by the guy that their chicken burger is sooo good it comes with a money back guarantee. I can't wait to give it a try next week
