Taco Bell in Poole

Great food. Staff polite. Good value. No lettuce on one visit but we're given additional items to compensate. Have used several local branches in and around Poole and all are good

I'm very new to Taco Bell and this was only the 2nd time I'd been but it was just as delicious as I remembered. Minced beef is very tasty, lettuce and tomatoes are so fresh and the chips are highly seasoned with loveliness. And to cap it all, a tasty meal with a drink is less than a fiver!

The attention was outstanding, but the cleanliness and products available were not at the same level. They had just 3 staff members on a busy Sunday / Bank holiday. It was too much for just 3 people.

Ordered grande fries with cheese etc and a wrap the food comes out and then I ask for a fork they didn’t have any !!! I then asked for even a spoon which they didn’t have the delivery didn’t turn up was an absolute joke we had to eat our loaded fries with our fingers and This is. It not the first time this has happened

Always lovely food here usually runs out of chicken quite regularly but beef is good too 😋

TERRIBLE SERVICE!Do not go here!! Service was absolutely terrible, Waited over 30 minutes for 2 tacos, wasn’t even busy. They were taking there time with no rush it was all dawdling, missed my bus home because of this! A man in front had also asked for a refund because he was waiting for so long but a refund was refused. Asked to speak to the manager but apparently they were ‘on holiday’. The staff were also very rude and impolite!

Terrible service, do NOT go here. I was waiting over 30 minutes for my order and ended up missing my bus. The restaurant was not busy and it was all down to the sheer laziness of the staff. If I could give it 0 stars I would! The food ended up being cold by the time the staff saw fit to give me my order. I do not recommend.

Food is top notch as always with Taco Bells however like with other taco bells the place needs a member of staff to keep an eye on cleaning as there was food ie chips on the floor as well as nearly all of the tables needed a good wipe down.

Great value for money. Was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food we got for just a fiver each was pretty tasty too. Prefer the taco over the thing and not to sure about the cinnamon twists but all in all a decent meal

I've been to many Taco Bells in the USA to compare with the recent introduction to the UK. The quality is better and at this time standards mean for an above average rating experience. Taco Bell is a dumb down version of Tex Mex street food, but something different to the current fast food chain offering.The salad is fresh and although the meat is low quality been made to be approachable, easy, and cheap, which it is. The spice levels are not high and don't expect spicy with beef, as this is the mild meat option. Mountain Dew is a US soft drink staple and should be experienced if you've not before. It is also good to see churros (like long donughts you dunk instead of being filled). It's interesting to see bottles of beer on sale too.The interior makes it a good place to stop in with friends and groups or the family on a shopping trip. It's also laid out well to get in and out of you're in a rush, with a menu that makes choosing straightforward.It's Taco Bell and the quality is never good enough for 5 star but gets a 4 for the above average standard of fast food on the high street.
