5 stars for customer service but only 1 star 🌟 for the breakfast 1 each of things not enough to fill a little child up £5 and then asked for salt and pepper for 2 people and only got 1 of each must be a shortage on salt and pepper sachets

The time spent waiting in line to order and then waiting for one omlette to come to table made me feel better about my Macdonald's visits. If they're going to keep people waiting that long to order, they'd probably be better to introduce full waiter / waitress service at least you'd be comfortably seated!

Friendly, bright and cheerful. A good variety of snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the hot chocolate with extras.

Visited today Sunday 13/01/19 at approx 2.30pm Cafe was not busy,one assistant working, the other who I think was the Manager was stocking up. She walked past me 4 times like I wasn't there while the other member of staff was doing her best, the queue built up to 4 people waiting to be served, but she still carried on walking past us and made no effort to assist, at that point I walked out.Have used the Cafe for over 3 years, the staff has always been very good and the food well presented.This member of your staff should be trained to serve firstand stock up later.Was she in a rush to close!!Needless to say you have lost a loyal customer

The person serving was very pleasant and helpful. My coffee was very good though I do prefer my coffee in a thinner and smaller cup. The hot chocolate was great the rest of the group were pleased with it.

Veggie sausages were so dry they were inedible and I had to pay full price for a burger even though I wasn't having the onion rings and chips. Don't be going back.

Clean, not overly busy. Nice place have a coffee. All good cooked fresh and really nice
