The Cliff in Poole

Lovely food (some of it was outstanding) and decent service. I suspect the choice (two things my wife chose were unavailable and she wasn't told in advance which was a bit annoying) was affected by the fact it's closing for renovations after the Easter weekend. Would definitely recommend it and would come back again.

All the 3 courses were very well presented, and tasted fantastic, alas the roast potatoes, were not very roasted.All the meals were delicious and the customer service was on point, even though it was quite busy, given it was Mother's Day. I would've taken pics with the main course and dessert beforehand, but i was hungry and could not wait lol. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Sunday lunch, 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Friendly helpful staff, good service delicious food and when I asked for music to be turned down it was done immediately and not just a token amount! Well done!

First of all service was good very attentive and polite. Drinks and food was brought out in good time but unfortunately the roast was very bland. It was all cooked well and the portion size was great it was just.. Meh. Shame, we've had some lovely meals here and it won't put us off coming back maybe was just an off day.

Went here today for Boxing day lunch. Fantastic meal. In particular the scallops and the brownie! My wife loved the pork belly! Staff were lovely, a special mention to our waitress Thea who was great! Looking forward to returning

Absolutely delicious lunch with healthy fresh ingredients. The only difficult choice was what to order because every dish was amazing. The staff were very attentive and charming and the atmosphere was relaxed.

If anyone going to Poole for holiday, is worth to visit this restaurant, The Cliff The food is fantastic and lots of various choice too. Very friendly service, efficiency, delicious choice of food & drinks. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💕❤

Ample parking. Very pretty beer garden with lots if seating. Lovely ambiance inside. Friendly and tentative staff. Nice selection of beverages. Food was a tad bland for me. Disappointing for a gastropub...

I took my wife here for her birthday and we are both so happy with the whole experience.The building is very well presented and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and professional.The menu was nice, it had a good mixture to choose from and the food was phenomenal!the presentation, taste and quantity was perfect with perhaps my only criticism being that I felt the Greek style salad had a bit too much going on, it could lose a couple of ingredients and still be just as good. But I wouldn't say it was bad at all.Overall I would 100% recommend going here, we drove for over an hour to get here and are definitely going to again.
