The Haymoor in Poole

Went Saturday tea time with friends even though they said the couldn't accommodate 2 more at our table that we had booked when are friends turned up there was plenty of room , the food came !!! Well never have I saw such disgusting food even smelt funny , all was over cooked burnt sausage with mix grill all our steaks were over cooked none of us could eat the food even my grandson couldn't eat his nachos ! All we were offered back was £13 OFf OUR £69 meals and the manager was not interested only the young waiter Ryan go to the Claypipe in Sandford and see the difference !

Great pub. The family always enjoy going to the haymoor. Never had a bad meal! Always a great experience.

I would like to thank Michael for Saturday evening 22nd January 2022 .when we attend the Haymoor with a party of 7 people .The food came out at the same time. Food was hot and cooked well. Tasted very good and all meals were cooked to perfection, Well presented .Also thank you to the bar staff as well for there fantastic service and for being polite ,helpful .Would recommend this to everyone and will be back again in the future.

Very nice the staff were very helpful even told me somewhere to stay for the night and whereabouts is of the station to where I was staying I couldn't fault the staff but the reason I'm giving it 4 stars I ordered a cheeseburger 🍔 chips and the chips for lukewarm and the burger was quite not even a brioche bun just to play my need improving other than that is a very nice too experienced in their little bit noisy but that's the way you go

Went in for an impromptu lunch with my son, server brought menus over and informed us it would be a 40 minute wait for food. We decided this was fine and I went to the bar to order as I didn't have the app, barmaid informed me it would be a 30 minute wait for food...even better! Fast forward 1hr and 35 boring minutes, after being informed twice that it wouldn't be much longer we gave up and asked for our money back. This was after we'd noticed that people who had turned up half an hour after us were receiving their food! Absolutely useless!

Yet another fantastic steak meal and an amazing salad made especially for me by Mike the head chef, another customer commented on how beautiful my salad looked, 10/10 Mike 😋😋😋

Was let down by weatherspoons twice, but was uplifted by The Haymoor, which gave fantastic food and fantastic service, I will recommend this pub to everyone, left the family feeling full and it is good value. We will be back 😃😃
