Ordered 3 different curry meals 2 tikka 2 korma 1 madras, the madras wasn't available so chose something else, but when the food arrived they brought 4 tikka's and the alternative, I stated that 2 should of been korma, so the waiter took 2 Tikka away plus the alternative, a waitress came to our table and said we didn't order korma that we ordered 4 tikka and the madras wasn't available so was offered the alternative, she stated she red the order back which she did as the curry came with either rice or chips which we chose 1 of each. The alternative was not brought back and the korma wasn't available on the order till according to the waitress, who left as if to say like it or lump it. Then the manager came over asking what the issue was, so I went over the order again. Ultimately nothing was changed even though he said they found some korma in the back of the freezer. Originally I started the order on the app but couldn't find korma so ended up going to the till, maybe next time stick with the app atleast I'd have proof of the order, although everyone ate everything its just embarrassing being told by the staff you ordered wrong instead of maybe the restaurant wasn't listening to my order, at no time did the 3 people with me hear that korma was off the menu only that the madras was. Other than that it was everything you would expect from a Witherspoons restaurant.

This is a nice Wetherspoons in Poole. Lots of space, nice beer garden and every time I've been here the staff have been very courteous.

Well what can I say....I went out for a day trip in Poole with 2 elderly ladies and 1 disability lady my mum in-law. We had 2 scampi/ 2 fish and chips the food was lovely apart from the garden peas were cold the sauces were not on the table so we asked one of waitresses bearing in mind with 2 elderly ladies with walking frames and one with a walking stick got told that the sauces were by the bar she was awfully rude, then to top it off 3 of us needed the girls room but the disabled toilet downstairs had no handle/lock as the holes were there and you couldn't shut the door so it's a good job I was there with one of the elderly ladies to hold the door open and she did the same but struggled to keep it closed for me, in the mean-time my mum in-law with her stick had to go all the way upstairs as she didn't have anyone to hold the door shut for her as the toilet is about 4ft away from the door, everyone on the tables would be eating and seeing everyone on the loo this is a shocking place and we won't be going there again

Was a busy night as sometimes is in Witherspoon's so as with all spoons seat yourself look at the menu. All standers so far. But there was an apsilote gem behind the bar only lady on that night (high bmi lady ) but was lovely and informed me that as I have orderd 2 sides th 3rd was only a little extra. Good attitude and smile 🙂

We came here over the weekend, ordered a boneless chicken strip meal each, doesn’t come with what is stated! No sauce, no coleslaw! We were sat opposite a table filled to the brim of glasses, must have been 60/70 dirty glasses on there. A customer came in and had to clear the table himself! The language coming from drunks in there was unbelievable, certainly not a ‘family friendly’ place with crude language like that!

Very good wetherspoons as long as its not totally busy and I'm sure it's great outside in the sun. Will be great if we can bring our dogs to the outside as it will be much better and they will earn much more 👍🥂

Never had such a bad experience with any other pub in my life. The food was poor, and the staff was a whole different story. They was rude and disrespectful. I went for a family meal with my mum and daughter and None of us will be coming back do not recommend to anyone! So shocked for a weatherspoons

VERY disappointed. Me and my friends all politely asked for our table to be cleared before eating or even ordering any beverages. The waitress (short blonde hair, glasses&an accent) rudely turned us out of the restaurant for being underage despite us not doing anything wrong. In the same day a group of girls younger than us sat in the same table, same restaurant and were served. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
