The Pilot feels like home. There is always a friendly face to welcome you to this lovely family friendly pub, whether that be on a Thursday night for the quiz, a Saturday night for the footy or a Sunday afternoon for a lovely home cooked roast. Highly recommended for a friendly pint or a lovely carvery.

Absolutely AMAZING Sunday Roast! Roast beef lovely and tender and good choice of vegetables including ' proper roast spuds' !!! I also want to add that due to using a stick to walk with the staff could not have done more. They assisted in carrying my drink, dinner plate and changed my table to an area without steps. SO helpful! Special mention to a lovely young waitress called Bobbie who was so attentive. Thank you to everyone. Definitely going back there!

Really decent, no-frills carvery. Meat was really tender (and we got there 10 mins before carvery stopped too so was worried it might be dry). Decent price, really friendly staff and good atmosphere. Immaculate toilets too!

Was treat for my husband’s birthday but a great disappointment.One hour wait for food was certainly not worth the money or wait.I had fish & chips ask for my fish to be well done when arrived was wet inside returned & waited for replacement which was still not nice not taste like cod as requested. When arrived all in group had finished so I ate alone. My husband had sirloin steak which was so not appetising looked so dry & bland.Will never eat there again complete wast of money.

I had a carvery meal which was excellent. A generous portion of beef and turkey along with a great selection of vegetables, the roast potatoes were cooked to perfection crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside.

Open from 10am, so I could have a coffee to warm myself up as cold morning!Looks clean & inviting! Does Sunday dinner too!Helpful friendly staff!Super clean toilets
