The standards have dropped considerably since the new owners have taken over.Visited today 21/2/22 for coffee ,and toasted teacakes, the young man brought the coffee with his fingers on the rim of the cup where you have to drink from, the coffee was seriously strong making it unpleasant, and one tea cake was burnt. I paid for the goods and informed the girl at the till of the above issues. She did not appear interested or to take onboard what she was being told. All in all extremely disappointing as I used to enjoy the ambience and service at this establishment.

We stumbled across Wareham. We ordered tea and scones and was fortunate enough to get the last brownie on display. The scones were huge, and went down a treat. Nice helpful staff was nice also.

Great place lovely staff but very expensive two adults and two young children. Two paninis a sandwich and a sausage roll with a drink each, over ÂŁ40.00

The food was Ok, we had toasted sandwiches but the ham was very chewy. The young guy who served us was certainly efficient but almost threw our coffee and sandwiches at us as he power walked by! It came across as very rude. He even threw the bill at us and we hadn't even asked for it! Won't be repeating the experience.

We had an hour to explore Wareham as part of our boat trip from Poole Quay. We decided to have a nice cup of coffee and slice of delicious homemade lemon sponge cake. The cafe had a warm and welcoming feel. Our dog was also allowed to join us inside!

Lovely little cafe with a small courtyard for outdoor eating. We only had sandwiches but they were made with really thick bread and served with a small side salad. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Lovely little cafe with a nice little outdoor courtyard out back. We had toasted sandwiches which were freshly cooked and delicious. Service was excellent and the waiter was very attentive.

Efficient customer service is without a doubt the main objective in this comfy space. Greeted with a friendly welcome as you enter makes you feel special and valued even before you place your order.Extra care is taken with hygiene, and social distancing in so far as the space allows. You'll feel well taken care of with this flawless service. Pop in here for a hot drink or a meal, you'll not regret it.

Stopped on the way to Studland for a days walking. We were attracted by the brown tourist sign saying “Saxon walled town” and thought we’d take a look. This cafĂ© is on the left as you’re walking through the high street towards the river, and is pretty much opposite the Black Bear Hotel (or currently the “Lack Bear” as the B has fallen off 😂)You enter the cafĂ© via the small shop at the front selling cakes and pastries. We had two coffees and a slice of lovely moist fruitcake for ÂŁ8.20 which we thought is a fair price. There’s a fairly large room through the back or a more “quaint” room to the right which we used.
