You cannot beat their pasties when you can get them, but If selling pasties is your main product then selling out by 1.00 pm is not ideal. Bad management.

OUR OASIS!! Wonderful Oasis to relax after a long morning! Very Dog-friendly, with water and treats. Delicious pastries and Pasties for us humans too. Run very well by lovely people and staff. Thank you for a Great Time!

We have two young children and The Cornish Bakery was our breakfast staple.Amazing customer service, tasty pastries (we especially liked the cherry almond croissant and traditional pasty), and by far the best coffee in Swanage. We will be back on our next trip!

Absolutely awful customer service! Obviously the wrong person in the wrong job !! man who was was on the counter was devoid of any concept of customer service, he was surly and his response to a simple question was rudely answered! I asked for a refund ( which obviously caused him som difficulty on the til ) and left .Recruiting is difficult but some people should not work in the hospitality sector.

Called in for a well-deserved break during my long-distance backpacking trip along the coast path, together with my dog. The staff were very friendly and were happy for me to take the chance to charge my phone whilst there. The Cornish pasty was fantastic - one of the best I've ever had, and great coffee too!

My friend and I visited here for the first time, not very busy. The coffee is de cafe only. Good selection of pasties, muffins and sausage rolls. Good selection of tea's to choose from. All served behind a glass screen with table service. Very clean,

Nice pasties but I can't understand why a small handful of high street businesses still refuse to take cash and continue to use the Covid as an excuse. Its Legal Tender - we have been using it for early 5,000 years! Not everyone wants to put a coffee or pasty on their debit/credit card, especially the older generations. Maybe its more that the company don't trust their staff with handling money. Whatever the reason I probably won't visit again if my wallet change isn't good enough.

Stopped in for a coffee in a fresh morning in January. Tempted by some of the pastries on offer whilst there as well. I have to say the service was excellent, the staff were chatty and friendly and the coffee / snacks were just what we needed. A lovely and inviting place to sit for a while; perfect for a morning out exploring the town. Family happy, so thanks!

Great place! Good coffee, friendly staff and clean facilities. Vegan options available - the raspberry croissant is delicious and the cauliflower pasty is out of this world.Quality food!

I woke up yesterday craving a proper cornish pasty so planned a walk to The Cornish Bakery in Swanage, after checking that they were open with a quick phone call. The manager couldn't have been more helpful and even offered to put some pasties by, knowing we were walking a long way, to avoid disappointment. The pasties were top notch as always 👌and the Cornish pudding, a mixture of egg custard, chocolate chip, fruity bread pudding that followed was a revelation. I will definitely be ordering both each time I pop in now. I will just have to walk twice the distance to keep the waistline trim. Thankyou Cornish Bakery for making my day - the next best thing to actually driving to Cornwall to satisfy my pasty craving.
