Lovely pub lunch at the Frampton Arms. Good choice of menu and staff very friendly and accommodating. We all enjoyed our lunch and will definitely visit again when in the area.

Stayed for three nights recently.Had the Sunday lunch and for the price it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It was warm at best and a bit bland. My roast beef tasted reheated but the yorkshire was nice. Cauliflower "cheese" was terrible. It was more of a runny mustard sauce over the top.A rare bonus having air-conditioning in the room. Not seen very often in the UK and I'm sure will be appreciated when it gets warmer. Our room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. I can see what the vision was but we didn't find it practical.Good selection of tea and coffee. The bedside tables are a hazard. We think flamingo/crane(?) legs with an extremely heavy glass top which was top heavy. It wobbled at the slightest touch. No pillow protectors. No tissues.Nowhere to hang the hand towel.Only able to hang one bath towel.Nowhere to put toiletries/make up, which I really didn't like.No Flannels.Toilet seat didn't stay up, which was a little awkward for my other half.A note under the door warning of a smoke alarm test would avoid a moment of concern because without, the next time the alarm goes off people may think it's also a test.Window opens but doesn't stay open.Mattresses are difficult to get right but ours was extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a board.A nice oak wardrobe in the corner would be much nicer than the hanging stand. More practical and everything would be out of sight.Train noise - slight rumble but the beeped horn every 10/15 minutes is definitely heard. Sometimes through the night. If you are a light sleeper, a room at the back of the hotel might be the better option.30 second walk to the train station.

Stay there just one night the room was excellent. Its just a pity breakfast wasn't included in the price. The evening meal was very nice specially the onion rings the staff was friendly and helpful and you couldn't even hear the trains.

Had a lovely meal at the Frampton Arms. The service was excellent, really lovely ladies waiting in tables, the food was delicious and the price very fair. If I had one gripe, the room we were in (not the conservatory)was a little cold but that's it. Will definitely be going again.

My partner & I stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend. The main reason for our trip was to visit Durdle Door and other beaches on the south coast. Looking at hotels in Weymouth, we found that The Frampton Arms was roughly half the price and only a short car journey away (20-30 mins). When booking we did not realise that Moreton train station was over the road- which was super convenient as we went to Weymouth for dinner (£6 adult evening return) and could have a couple of drinks! The room was clean, spacious and decorated nicely, with tea & coffee facilities, hair dryer, hot/cold air unit and TV. The bed was comfortable, but of course there was noise from the train line.We dined in the restaurant on a Friday night and sadly we were one of very few tables, so the atmosphere lacked. The food was delicious, very good value and we could not fault the service. In fact all staff members were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

What a wonderful meal we had on Sunday.  It was a last minute booking for 9 adults 2 children and a newborn.  The food was perfect (8 roasts, 1 fish and chips and a couple childrens meals).  The staff were friendly and helpful. It was perfect as we felt we had the room to ourselves l. We had a lovely afternoon.  We will be back.

Very nice decor and the service is very good. However, the food was not up to the standard I would have expected. Not really hot enough and the Thai Chicked my friend had just wasn't up to the standard I am used to. Enty of potential but needs to work a little harder. However, I would say that the portions were of a good size.

Booked a room, which was lovely and clean. Had a table booked for dinner also, amazing steak, friendly staff all evening. We will definitely be returning again!

Delicious dinner followed by the best warm brownie I have ever tasted. I had the steak and chips. The steak was cooked to my request which was medium, well seasoned and well rested. The accompanying peppercorn sauce was the perfect partner. Then I had the brownie. The only negative thing I can say is the presentation. On seeing the dish it didn't look appetising and the ice cream needs to be softer, but once I had a taste... oh my, absolutely sublime. The staff were attentive and friendly and I would definitely recommend going there.

Absolutely amazing roast, beef was tasty and tender, the veg was also very tasty and cooked perfectly, one of the best roasts I've had for a long time, and the staff were all very friendly and didn't leave you waiting or ignored you like some places do and the girl was particularly friendly to our little girl which was nice, shame I didn't catch her name, we will be returning again very soon. Thank you guys for a lovely Sunday 10/10
